I stop by at City Creek location and I get and ice cream cone and a large fries ? for my son .. my son when to pick up the fries ? and ice ? cream .. and the fries ? was half empty .. I when to the cashier to ask show her how I get the fries .. and she said that the right size and I don't have to complain about it.. so next time if I going to get half product . Is fair to pay half of the price.. Also at the counter said the the corporate order to put half sized .. what a thief's

Ordered nuggets with BBQ sauce, a crispy chicken sandwich, fries, drinks, a super double quarter pounder, and a special order plain double cheeseburger, but we didn’t get any nuggets or BBQ sauce. Instead of a crispy chicken sandwich, we got a spicy chicken sandwich, a double quarter pounder, and no straws.

Kids meal BE AWARE! We ordered my 7 year old a kids meal. He was surprised to open it with 6 fries inside! Literally 6 little fries! I asked the counter and manager about it and they said that they’ve been told that they can only put 6-8 fries in kids meals. WOW REALLY?? My growing kid eats about 20 fries. So, just be aware that if your child is hungry, to definitely go to Subway, Chick Fil A or the pizza place. Maybe this is a new policy but we’ve never had this experience at other McDonald’s locations!We were able to return the kids meal and got our money back. But we were definitely shocked! Hoping they change the odd policy. Or add 10 cents to the cost so they can afford to add more fries!Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly for regular kids!

This location is dishonest. They snuck 2 extra sauces onto my receipt and when I asked why I was being charged for them, they said that’s how they ring up water cups, since the system shows $0.00 for water.If you need to charge for water, then change the price in your system, don’t try to sneak extra charges onto my receipt without telling me.

Did not have a great experience there tonight. We asked if they hat chocolate, they said yes, ordered it then they told us they didn’t. Just ordered drinks instead, the sprite was flavorless and just carbonated water. Switched it out for diet coke and it wasn’t carbonated at all. The workers were not helpful at all.

My mom ordered a hamburger last night from the McDonalds at City Creek (11/28/2023). The whole experience was awful. The cashier was incompetent and it took a full 5 minutes to order 2 simple meals (we asked them to hold the cheese and no one knew what to do!!). Then, about 3 bites into her hamburger, she realized she was served RAW MEAT! It was not pink but red in the middle. I took it back and informed the same cashier of the problem. He turned to alerted the worker behind him (maybe she was a manager?) and she came to the register to see for herself. She then said, quite rudely, “well, she ate most of it.” I said that it didn’t matter how much she at, but that it was disgusting and I wanted a refund. She tried to argue with me and did not want to admit that they were the problem. She eventually gave in and refunded me the cost of the hamburger (did not apologize for serving my 70-year-old mother raw hamburger). I have never been treated so rudely at a restaurant before. Chick-fil-a, however, was very accommodating and helpful when we decided to go there instead. Don’t waste your time or money on McDonalds! (I wish I would have taken a picture, it was GROSS.)

I love McDonald's it is my childhood but this rude employee was interrupting me and being rude they wouldn't even let me get a refill. The food was decent but the experience was ruined when I couldn't get more Dr. Pepper . I am disappointed to say the least.

Had an issue with the app. It wouldn't let me order. Then an hour later (after already buying lunch in person) the app charged me. No big deal I thought and reached out to customer service. I was told the location would issue a refund to me. Two weeks later, nothing. No refund, no emails, nothing. They essentially stole 10 bucks of my money and DGAF about giving it back. Horrible customer service. I will no longer be supporting McDonald's in any capacity. Thanks for the horrible service!
