We just went through the drive thru, ordered 4 cheeseburgers, ketchup and cheese only, 2 regular cheeseburgers. Received 4 regular and one with pickles and cheese, one with onions and cheese.... And they made us wait for our order, which I thought meant it might actually be correct.

Ordered fries and nuggets. Paid $10 and the fries were ice cold. Literally.

Discrimination Against Deaf Customers!
What is the point of your mobile app if you don’t follow it? I placed my order at 10:20 AM, paid for it through the app, arrived at 10:28, and got to the window at 10:32—only to be told that breakfast was no longer being served. What?! I had already ordered and paid!
This is completely unacceptable. You took my money but refused to give me the food I purchased. On top of that, the service was horrible and insulting—I clearly stated that I am deaf, yet I was treated as if I could hear. Taking advantage of me being deaf is unacceptable.
Refund my money! You don’t get to take payment and not provide the service I paid for.

You would think that it would be obvious to check the playplace area for the person whose dine-in order had a happy meal but I guess this location thinks the correct thing to do is to leave the food at the front counter so long that it gets cold. Also, they will absolutely forget to include drinks and sauce every time. 👎

The food is consistently good because it’s a chain fast food place, however the service is consistently bad. The workers always make you feel like you’re putting them out for ordering there, they’re rude, the wait time is extremely long at every hour of the day, etc. Sometimes the sauce is completely missing, my order is wrong, and the experience feels rushed with no time to make sure I have everything. May be a short staffing issue but that shouldn’t be put on the customer.

The management really needs to teach the employees to pay more attention to detail. I’ve ordered condiments in the app (which now cost money) 5 times and only 1 time have I received the sauces! Out of the 5 trips, 2 times items were missing. 4 times the sauces were missing. We are paying for this. Please teach your staff to double check BEFORE giving the customer their order. It’s incredibly frustrating!!!

Worst McDonald’s in the western United States. Not sure they’ve ever got my order correct. Most recently my sandwich was wrong, nuggets were clearly microwaved and fries were cold. The only reason I’m not giving one star is because my dog at least enjoyed it
Look I get being busy but when the kisok tells me to go back to my table with my kids and the ice cream will be DELIVERED to my table with my tent and I look up at the counter and see my kids ice cream melting and sitting there for people to take or mess with that's a problem. I honestly should have demanded my money back. I don't care if I have to go get it or it's delivered but don't tell me you'll bring it and then let it sit there and melt
