Super rude employees. After 7 you have to pick your food up at a window when the lobby is closed. I waited 20 mins round the bell they have like 10 times. No one ever came so finally I went around and seen my order just sitting there so I knocked on the glass and pointed to the order and on my phone and then my order on the counter. A woman now comes to the window but doesn’t bring my order that was sitting there done. She proceeds to tell me I’m being rude and disrespectful and need to chill out. I tell her I’ve been waiting 20 mins and nobody has even come to check on me or what I need. What’s ridiculous is they ignore you refuse to help you and let your food just sitting there getting cold. You try to get there attention and your the one who gets yelled at by an employee. Ridiculous service never experienced this at a McDonald’s.

The manger that was taking order was laughing and joking with their team about how they said she looked like a man. She was to busy having fun the to run the restaurant. I get it McDonald's but please. The chicken was over cooked the sandwich was a mess and the bread was hard as a rock. I could not be bothered to go in and complain. This place is trash.

The person who attends drive tru on the night shift is rude. a disaster they threw my order out the window a disaster without a doubt the worst place more than an hour waiting for an order

It's truly depressing to order 3 cheeseburgers and all of them have only 1 pickle on them. One of the buns was clearly used for another burger because there was a bit of lettuce on it. It seems they reuse food items and that is definitely not Food Safety. I don't eat fast food much and I will gladly go to In and Out where I can trust what they make, and know I'll receive quality food, that's prepared with Food Safety in mind. No, I don't need this reconciled in any way. I'll just stop going to McDumbalds all together.

I ordered breakfast thinking I was going to get it since it was before 10:30 when I ordered on top of that it was on the mobile app and it said confirmed I get there I confirm my order with the drive thru asking if it was a mobile app pick up I give the code the chick at the second window gave me some b.s excuse as to why my food wasn’t prepared or ready and that they don’t have the stuff at that stuff if you didn’t have it at said store why even confirm it? Then proceeded to say if I wanted something else I’d have to pay for it like really? Inconvenience me and tell me to pay again and wait longer
