Complete waste of my time and money, won't be back. Put in a mobile order at 9am, went to the drivethru at 9:15 to give them time, confirmed my order number at the window and was told to pull forward to the door because they were really busy, I was totally okay with that because they were clearly busy. I proceeded to sit there for 30 MINUTES while 15+ other cars came and went without anyone even coming out to ask what I had or anything. Finally got fed up and went inside just to be ignored for another 10+ minutes. When someone finally decided to look at me they asked what I wanted, I told them I had a mobile order for 2 sandwiches half an hour ago, only for them to tell me they don't have that order and I must have ordered at the wrong location. I pulled up the app and showed them the exact address and time I ordered. They came back 2 MINUTES LATER with my food!!! Completely ridiculous! I've had better service at the DMV!!! How long were they going to let me just sit outside if I hadn't gone in to ask for my food?! Absolutely horrendous service and I won't be back

Got a drive through Ice cream and some food! It was fast service and even asked if I wanted a receipt so I could just skip to the 2nd window. Ice cream was good consistency and not messy :)

It is not a place where you can go among several people, it is very small and most of the people who are there, unfortunately, are people who have nowhere to go (homeless) so they use that place to shelter from the cold or heat. And they sit down and no longer get up, even when they are not consuming anything.

Spent almost 30 minutes waiting for 1 6 pc chicken nugget, the mobile pick up is missing 3 signs so it's impossible to get mobile orders, ridiculous wait we ended up having to go in and they still didn't have it ready after 30 min.
If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible food and service. I was 1 dollar over my balance on my credit card so I asked them to take something off, instead they swiped my card, took the money, then voided my order and told me I'd be refunded in 24 hours. I am not hungry in 24 hours and because of this I cannot eat for 24 hours. Thank you, useless manager as well she hung half way out of the window to start yelling at me for asking a simple question of if the could take something off my order. She refused to take anything off then proceeded to mock me and yell "she has no money" to other customers. This was B's on so many levels

This place is horrible. Smells bad from all the homeless hanging out inside. Cramped area for eating, tons of day workers hanging outside. If you like that kind of atmosphere, then this is the place for you. Stay away of you have kids or a family, do the drive through only. Quite messy, sticky and stinky. While I give full respect to the day workers who are willing to jump into a truck and give 110 percent enthusiasm , and being homeless is not a crime, there is place for homeless individuals to hang out and get help, just not crowding out a small fast food place.
