This McDonald's is so hot or miss. There is constantly a problem with the location. Some times we think it's the app but most times the staff forget to add things or completely brings you the wrong order. I know they are busy and it's super ghetto but they could at least try to put in the effort. This was the McDonald's I grew up with and I hate seeing it so sketchy

hours say 5 AM to 11 PM for the lobby it is 7 AM and it's locked. It's messy inside too very very messy so I'm actually gonna go to another McDonald's because this one apparently sucks. I was at the door waving. They looked at me and completely turned around and ignored me zero stars if possible.

There’s a Hispanic lady with glasses here who did a fantastic job. This is the first time someone at any McDonald’s has greeted me by my name with a smile. Wow! These are the employees you wanna keep
This place is horrible for even a mcdonalds I had to wait 25 min just for sausage mcmuffin. When I finally get it it's hard and inedible. If I get food poisoning I'm going to take it up with this bull crap company. You need to fire everyone and replace them. If they can't do something as simple as putting a burger together( cause there not even cooking it) then you need to fire them

Going through the drive through to get dinner for my children "Would you like to round up?" "No thanks." Then won't give me change back 🤧 Especially when i had to cancel a single burger to feed myself cause I was $.23 short. $25 would have fed a family of 4 when I was a toddler Everytime i've done MCD, i've been disappointed.
