They've gotten slightly better recently which is the only reason I didn't give lowest rating possible. This McDonalds has consistently been THE WORST I've ever been to and I've been to McDonalds in some ruff area's in the U.S. and out of the country. I'll be struck by lighting before these 3 things happen in the same visit...
1. Ice cream machine is working. 2. Good customer service. 3. Given complete, correct order.

Ordered and they gave me a hot n spicy w cheese. Since when do they come with cheese??? I couldnt eat it . Tried scraping it off and it was too melted to come off .

POOR SERVICE!!! Waited in line for 8 mins for someone to take my order when no one was on drive thru I was missing some things in my order also when I got my food everything was cold ! the girl on drive thru was so rude and left the window while I was talking to her telling her I was missing items this McDonald’s is so unprofessional !!!

Worst McDonald's with the worst most lazy employees. Working doordash and drive thru does not close until 12am. It was 1130 and they ignored everyone at the drive thru even including security? We waited at the window and the female workers who think they're funny were purposely ignoring and cleaning right in front of the window well before it was closing time. Your job is not hard no reason to close early. Full of immature little kids do NOT come here if you dont want your time wasted.

We ordered one big breakfast but got charged for two, and sandwich we ordered wasn't included. The next visit we waited three minutes and eventually went to the window and ordered there. I didn't check the bag and was missing a hash brown.

Worst McDonald’s in Utah. Every location is fast and smooth. This location couldn’t even take credits cards for over 15 mins today. They used to get morning breakfasts done relatively quickly, now you can’t come here without spending over 20 mins waiting in the pick up turn line. I will be going to the North Temple location from now on. Too many chances given to this location that driving a few more minutes will save me a lifetime.
Doesn't care to have any type of formal waiting line for the front. Waited ten minutes. Oh so you're going to serve me stale and hard food well how does 2 stars do it

Got uber eats from here for lunch at work since this location was closer than my usual one. Will not ever be ordering from here again after later that evening I ended up with horrible food poisoning… I never have had issues at the other location. Yall need to do better. 🤮
