I’ve never seen a McDonald’s manager be so rude to a little old lady in line. The female manager (blondish short lady w/ glasses) yelled at a lady trying to get attention after standing there for several minutes. The manager yelled at her and said “can’t you see we are busy??!!” I was shocked. I would’ve left if I hadn’t already paid for my food. Two other guys were waiting on their food. One of the guys said he had a similar experience with her last week when he ordered at the window and they told him to pull up. He pulled up and came inside to get his sandwich and she yelled at him (that is here say from him, but about the same lady manager). I’m staying at a local hotel for the next week and will not be coming back to this location! And they didn’t mess up my order twice. First they put my sausage egg and cheese biscuit on a bagel and when they remade it, they forgot the onions. I just gave up and walked away and ate it without onions. But the customer service is unforgivable.

I have placed an order for the pickup and it was ready in 5 minutes which is good. But then comes the twist when i go to pickup my food, all the doors are locked and no sign or nothing i was walking around the store for 5 minutes no signs where to pick my food. Then finally i walked to the drive through when it was safe and i maintained a safe distance before approaching to the girl at the window, she directed me to go to the front door and stand there for doordash orders which was not my case i had a pickup order. Then i went to the front door and there was a girl asked me for my order and i gave it to her and she brought my order which went well no problems till now. While going i politely asked to place a sign so the people who come can wait patiently. Thats when she was throwing attitude saying she was incharge there and she was only 17 and i am not supposed to say her anything, i politely asked her to call the person in charge. Then comes the a lady in black suit and a guy who were trying to explain me how i can change options while placing a pickup order on mcdonalds app. He was trying to buff me with how i can change pickup order to curbside pickup order which in this case was never gone happen since there is no option like that on mcdonalds app. After all this scenario happened i was trying to talk to the lady in black suit who was very furious because i was trying to show that there is no option like that on the app shut the door and my face and walked in and did nothing. If this is what you people call service at mcdonalds then you should better revise your sevice manuals at this store and try to educate these people. Well, it's been probably five times now. This McDonald's has never successfully gotten my order right. It's a #4 meal and a sausage McMuffin.
I'm so mad at myself every time I go back to this awful location. For the love of God, save yourself the trouble and go to any other McDonald's.

Update June 13 th 2025, they never take a order correctly and then looks at you crazy when you say something is missing, today I ordered smoothies and they was not full and my kids happy meals was supposed to have extra french fries instead of the apple slices, but ended up not having any french fries or any apple slices, it's crazy how you don't even get what you pay for , this is why I haven't been to McDonald's in over a year decided today I would try again nothing has changed I'm going to stick with the king . They are always in to much of a rush there's usually always something missing

Hello well I wanted to share a wonderful experience that I had at McDonald’s today I’ve never written a review about McDonald’s but here we go; a young man named I’m not exactly sure. I think his name is Maurice but he was on shift today June 3 at approximately 9:45pm like this evening very nice young man very kind very jovial the best Customer Service I’ve received this fine. He actually made me laugh and I was having a very horrible day. I bought a lot of things at McDonald’s, but that’s the first time that I ever Got laughter from the experience and that was absolutely free. Thank you, young man. I’m sorry I could not remember your name, but your customer service was definitely noteworthy.

Ordered a double cheeseburger, a spicy sandwich, two large fries, two 10 pieces, and a burger with just ketchup, with bbq sauce, and a coke and sprite. Got 3 ten pieces, a big Mac, no fries, ranch and sweet and sour sauce, a Dr pepper, and a sprite, and a spicy chicken sandwich. This service was HORRENDOUS if you ever think to eat here, you might as well just say surprise me, because that is what they will do. Still charged for the food we didn't get
