Beehive is the first and original gin distillery in Utah. I love the ambiance and is a great place for meeting friends or family or both to get together. The bartenders have always been personable and not in a creepy way. I do prefer the clear distilled gin vs the barrel reserve which is a lot more musky. If you are a whiskey or bourbon person you should try the barrel reserve.

I visited for the first time during Grid City Music Fest this weekend and I was so surprised at how massive this space is! Even during the music festival, it wasn't terribly crowded. The drinks were delicious and we were also so impressed by the food! I ordered the gimlet with gin, lime juice, pear syrup, and sage. It was really delicious. My partner got their old fashioned, which we didn't realize was made with gin until after we ordered it and it was delicious - I'd never had a gin old fashioned before. The food menu here was small but mighty. We got the French fries which were in fun shaped spirals and they were fluffy and also crispy and so delicious. We also got the smacked cucumber salad that was really refreshing and a hint of spice. I also got a tofu burger - with fried tofu, hot honey and a pickled veggie mix. It was really unique and yummy - I've never had something like this before out at a bar. The bun was soooo good, and all of the flavors were delicious. I'm excited to come back here!

Fantastic craft cocktails in the beehive. Bartenders are knowledgeable and creative. The seasonal menu is good, I like that it's seasonal, they're always adjusting and adapting.

First time here. We came for our friends album debut. We we impressed with the decor and massive area around the bar to hang out. Plus there is another room next to the bar if you have a private party or just a big group of friends. The menu was small, just finger foods and sliders. They were delicious. They cocktails were out of this world and I'm sure we tried every one. I'm for sure going back and experience some more fun and music.

First Time at this place, very food surprise, I will be back! The place looks really nice and fancy, would be great for a date. We met there with friends and had a couple of cocktails, fries and sliders. Everything was delicious. We moved on to beer for my friends and prosecco for me. And for desert, we had the churros which were perfect to share. As we walked out, I asked my husband when he is taking me there on a date. I highly recommend!

I stumbled upon Taco Tuesday at Beehive Destilling. Great prices!! Unfortunately, I didn't order any beer on draft. I believe that draft beer is $3. However, I'm into more fruity beers like ciders, so I went with a canned beer (no discount). One of the restaurant employees gave us a complementary dish with our two orders of tacos (which also comes with two tacos per order by the way so really a wonderful price).Me and my uncle sat at the bar. The bartender was super duper friendly. She accidentally forgot my uncles drink but offered to reduce the price. We didn't mind, but I thought the offer was generous and super sweet of her!

Fantastic Cocktail menu and execution. Trendy and hip, most of times I've had no problem walking in and being served immediately. When there's a popular live band, the bar can get showed down, but, their cocktails are worth the wait. Haven't tried food here yet, looking forward to it soon!

We love coming to this unassuming distillery. It's a quick bike ride from our house or a short walk from the nearest tracks stop. The drinks are fabulous! And they serve food now...ridiculously tasty and reasonably price. Their pork belly bun is fantastic. Yumdidily-oumcious!! Plus there is a cute cat!

Very nice open, clean, and classy distillery. You can do mixed drinks or flights to taste the different gins. After having some drinks, it would be nice to have food. However, the staff were great

Holy wow! This has been my favorite neighborhood cocktail bar since they opened. Incredible craft cocktails. You'll wait a minute for them, because they are meticulously made and amazingly delicious. The BIG NEWS THOUGH, they have food now! The food is goooooooodd! Please go try it. Mind blowing.

My favorite local watering hole! This gem isn't ever super crowded and it is so low key. The vibe of the place is very quality, but not snobby in any sort of a-hole-ish kind of way.The bar is really the hidden secret of this place. But I recommend beehive for both their bar, and their gin is hard to even compete with. I suggest buying your booze here anyways. It is a better price than the liquor store and I never have to worry about waiting in an outrageous line that consumed by whole evening, while already have had an incredibly long day.The Moscow Mule contains 9% alcohol content per can and a can feels equivalent to having a strong drink of 2. Beehive sold me on simply this: class.

My new favorite spot! Incredible cocktails and the bartenders were all so nice to chat with. I was surprised by how wide open the space was, like an art gallery. Excited to come during the summer. Also, Gimlet the kitty in the window was the highlight.
