We went in and it was a little busy. We order and they said it would be 40 min, when typically it’s 25. We agreed because we were so excited to try these treats. We waited one hour and 20 min to get our treats and the food was less than stellar. $15.00 an item and hour and 20 min wait… not worth it. Instagram fooled me.

the service here was so wonderful, music was calming and not loud, and the food was delicious. I ordered Ichigo pancakes with the kumo latte. the pancakes were fluffy and almost doughy, and the latte wasn't overly sweet (which is how I like it). the strawberries were fresh and served with cream. I loved it! absolutely will come here again.

Kumo Cafe is a little slice of Heaven. The employees were so kind and gave great recommendations. The shop is bright and modern, very inviting and clean. The souffle pancakes are to die for. Genuinely the best pancakes I've ever had. We sprung for the Passion Fruit style, and were on another plane of existence. We will be back time and time again!

The fluffy pancakes here are really worth the hype!! The wait is a bit long but that’s because everything is made to order and fresh. We got the Passion Fruit and Nutella Oreo fluffy pancakes. It comes with a scoop of ice cream and fruit and it’s all so yummy!

One of the worst experience I've ever had. Very disappointed in Kumo cafe. We came in shortly after opening and were told the wait would be 25 minutes. The employees were disorganized. They went to 2 different tables to ask who had the matcha latte before coming to our table (when you order they ask which table you would like to sit at). The ube crepe came out after waiting for an hour followed by the ube crepe cake. The ube crepe cake wasn't fresh and had 3 blackberries that look like it was going bad. After an hour and forty minutes the passion fruit pancake came out. The middle pancake was still raw in the center.The place was packed full of other people waiting over an hour for their food and drinks. Instead of bringing out all the drinks for one table they brought out random drinks and were disorganized and confused.Overall, don't waste your time coming here. It wasn't worth the hype and we were disappointed as their Instagram page looked good.

This place is good but it's definitely a wait. The staff is really nice and friendly, they're helpful, and the place is cute. We had to wait 1.5 hours for our pancakes. They sent us a text when they were ready so we could leave and come back. These are souffles, and because of that they can't preprep too much at once. It was good but be prepared to wait.

The woman Isia who took our order was so kind to us after hearing we are here for my mom’s chemo treatment. They opened at 11 and we were there 10 minutes early. By the time we got inside to order there was a line at the door… and it stayed that way until we were done eating! Ordered at 11:05 and got our food by 11:35ish. This place is not somewhere to go on your lunch break, but it is so worth the wait. Everything tasted like it was made from scratch. We ordered the cream brulée and choco tiramisu fluffy cakes with the matcha latte and tiramisu latte. They put exactly enough dressing on the cakes to make every bite heaven and it never tasted dry! Music playing natural light and great customer service. 10 stars!!Parking: Parking directly in front of the building! Not street parking and free.Kid-friendliness: Kids were very welcome.

Super cute little Cafe! Fluffy pancakes were delicious!! It does take about 30 min to make after you order due to the pancakes being something that cannot be prepped ahead of time. But so worth the wait. We ordered the Creme Burle - the sauce was so good and paired well with the pancake. Amber's Teddy - this one had a passion fruit jam that my children enjoyed and they cute teddy shape and face had them all amazed. One of them didn't want to eat it because she thought it was too cute to eat haha. The last pancake we ordered was a strawberry one that one was delicious too. We also tried the vanilla cupcakes with the teddy bear faces (they do have little mochi chunkc in them) and the passion fruit crepe cake slice and that had to have been my personal favorite!!Parking: Plenty of parking next to cafeKid-friendliness: They have a little claw machine there and one of the cute egg chairs that somewhat entertained my toddler
