Really poor service. I love Mint and have been to every location. We celebrate every birthday here. Last night I came for my Birthday and had terrible service from Priscilla. It made me wish I went somewhere else to celebrate because she made no effort to be kind or even make it somewhat fun/special. Very unfortunate because I am the biggest Mint fan and probably won’t be back to this location for awhile. Everyone at my table was unhappy about it. Not sure what changed because the service at every other location is outstanding.

This place is chic, service is exceptional and sushi is fresh and delicious. We ordered toro sashimi, Stargazer and mercury roll, but when the toro came it was a grayish white color which had us worried. Everyone who loves sushi knows that Toro is supposed to be pink... but the waitress was really really helpful. She not only asked the kitchen staff about the reason for the color, she also returned the dish back to the kitchen after we said we didn't want it. We then ordered a wagyu steak fearing for their fish quality, but the rest of the sushi rolls were amazing with big chunks of juicy sashimi inside. I'm pretty sure Stargazer had bluefin tuna on the topping. The wagyu was delicious as well. cooked to perfection for both the meat and the lightly battered tempura asparagus. Over all pretty satisfying experience. I hope the toro sashimi was just a random error. Coming back to try more next time!

The service was great. Food wasn't as fresh as we anticipated, but it was a Monday, so it was probably leftovers from the weekend. Creative flavor combos. When we went, skateboarders were blocking the entrance and even following close behind you when you exited.

It's my first time in Salt Lake City.I'm going to start with the attention: the person who helped me was not friendly or polite at all.I looked for the best Korean food restaurant and it's not even close to it.Disappointing.P.S. The cup ☕️ of my tea included a booger ?I waited for more than 30 minutes for my food…A situation that did not occur with the people who arrived after me.

Solid place in sugar house. We got the pork belly, scallops, poke nachos, all were good, particularly the latter 2. For rolls we got the galaxy lollipop (refreshing) and titan (decent). Date thought the food was solid but wasn't too impressed. On the pricier side. These dishes and a drink cost $104 before tip. I would come back I think.

Stumbled upon this place serendipitously. The vibe inside is great, the decor is beautiful, as well as the seating and plating. We ordered various menu items from nigiri, to salmon, to different rolls. The Atlantic salmon was incredible as was the snapper nigiri. Highly recommend. We're looking forward to coming back for dinner. Our server Kelly was perfect. Drinks were topped, plates delivered, she had it dialed.

You wont be disappointed. Order a couple starters/small plates to share and some sushi rolls. We had heard great things about this place which can always be scary that it won't live up to expectations but this place exceeded the reviews we had read. The lamb lollipops were delicious, the tuna tartare was my favorite, and I cannot remember what the two sushi rolls were called but both were so good! Will definitely be back!Note that this place does not take reservations, so I am sure there are nights where the wait is long.

Great service and great food. Try the lamb chops. Lunch in early afternoon is a good time.

Love this location! I went in on a Friday night around 7pm and was immediately sat. The service was excellent and the sushi was great. Love the ambiance.

A bit of a hiccup with the service initially, but the food is great. We waited for 30ish minutes to get our drinks in. When we finally got said drinks, they were disappointing for the price point. Other than those two things, the food is delish, comes out relatively quickly, and the atmosphere is nice. This was my second time going, so I may update if perhaps this was just an off night.Parking: It's Sugarhouse - you have to park wherever you can find it, but you'll have a bit of a walk ahead of you.Kid-friendliness: There were children here while we were dining.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or steps, you walk in at street level.

Food was really good. Service was great too. So far, my favorite sushi place in SLC.The only thing I didn’t love was the pork belly, but that’s cause I’ve been spoiled by having a superb version elsewhere recently.

Excellent customer service and delicious food! Pistachio martini is sweet and nutty! I love everything pistachio (and pistachio flavor) and to see a drink come to life is amazing! Sake was ordered warm to our liking. We've been to other sushi restaurants where they'll burn your tongue like drinking hot tea. Jelly fish and seaweed salad was good, but not my personal favorite. Lots of sesame seeds, lots of sauce, and the jelly fish weren't cut equally. You'll get a big chunk and then a thin slice. Thin slices were easier to eat. Salmon belly was one of my favorites and it melts in your mouth like butter. Full of flavor! Definitely a must try! Sashimi platter was a variety of fish that the chef selects. I've never had walu before but it's the best thing ever. Walu and the salmon belly are neck to neck with favorite. So good that we ordered 6 more individual sashimi pieces! The 6 walu we ordered were lightly seared leaving the middle part of the fish a bit icy cold. We mentioned this to the owner and he appreciated the feedback. Tempura combo included veggies and shrimp. The tempura shrimp tasted like it came from a package then deep fried but the veggies were delicious. The tempura batter and thin sliced potato, sweet potato, squash, and zucchini were perfect.
