Fresh pizza in a hurry. Good selection of toppings. Downsides were that the restaurant was quite cold (we needed to put our jackets on) and the music was a bit too too loud.

Placed an order online that said would be ready at 7:03. My first red flag should have been there were 0 customers in line or the whole restaurant when I went for pickup. Showed up at 7:10 and was greeted just fine. I mentioned the name for pickup and they said they were working on it and that it would be ready in 10-15 minutes.. so I sit and wait. and wait. and wait. 35 minutes go by and at this point 5 other DoorDash delivery drivers and a family (kids) are waiting for their order. The workers must have been behind because they started cussing drivers out that were simply asking about their orders that say they are ready for pickup, when clearly they were not. I finally stand up and ask if mine is ready 45 minutes after being told 10-15. To no surprise they can’t find a name for my order. It took 2 different workers to remember me and go grab my order from who knows where. Now I have to try to enjoy 2 cold overcooked pizzas.
TLDR: waited 45 minutes for my order while watching rude workers have no problem dropping f-bombs in front of family and kids. Pizza was overcooked and sat and became cold.

BURNT PIZZA on the last visit but that is the 1st time. Go and try out this location overall and since recently the management changed its slowly getting better but the focus towards the cleanliness of the store and being properly made and cooked also the employee's being crosstraind and more knowledgeable of the company but my opinion is if they changed that I'm sure that it would cause positive growth in sales and less turnover for that location. please contact me to give your store a review and with my knowledge , hands on experience i would love to help your other locations get positive feedback, reviews, growth and so much more but this store has so much potential and cant wait to watch them succeed.

Great pizza for a good price. Service has been good when I've taken my kids (4 & 7), but can be a bit slow at times. Still, it's worth it. My kids love the cheese pizza, which is relatively cheap at (currently in late 2024) under $8. I get the build-your-own and it's always good. Pizzas bake quickly. My kids love going here.

I’ve never been more disappointed in a food establishment. I used to come here once or twice a week for lunch as I work nearby. I loved it. Since Gail, the former manager, was forced out, this place has gone downhill FAST. Some of the employees are nice. But a few are so bad and so slow and act like anything you ask is the most inconvenient thing that’s ever happened to them. I have tried again and again to go back to see if things got better. But it’s worse. Every time. I have resorted to driving a lot further to other mod pizzas

The environment is super clean and our food was tasty! 100/10 recommend eating at this MOD! Brandon was such a big help and all of the staff are friendly and on top of everything! Super clean, safe, and kid-friendly!

This MOD always messes up the orders and today it was incredibly wrong. Ordered two ceasar salads and a pizza via DoorDash. Pizza was loaded with about 4 nasty toppings I didnt order and of course I got $3 from DoorDash as if that makes up for my inedible pizza. The salads were not the correct size. Don’t order from here watch them make it.

Well confirmed address and the sent the driver to a camp ground. And of course blame game with door dash. If yhey do not have in house drivers will not order again. Pizza was maybe a 1.

Mod is my go to make your own pizza franchise but this location has horrible service. it looks like everyone was baked and it took me forever to even get my order started while waiting at the counter. Even if it was just me and a few other people in the restaurant.
