The food is amazing and still the best in town. The tacos are awesome, chilie Verde is great! Enchiladas some of the best...very consistent. Don't forget to get the extra spicy salsa. To die for!!

Sad that I'm still searching for authentic Mexican food. I guess if you've never had real Mexican food I can see why people thing it's so good. My food was ok. Not terrible, but disappointing. Too much cheese and lettuce. Expensive combo but with no rice and beans. The wait staff was very nice and attentive.I'll continue my search.

Love the Chile Verde. Staff have always been great. Owned and run by a wonderful family, too!

My favorite spot for Mexican food. My family has been going here since before I was born. Definitely a local gem that deserves to be appreciated. If you’ve never been before I recommend the Chile verde.

My family and I have been coming to this location for a very very long time. There have been a few changes over the years (we think the salsa recipe may have changed a touch, but it could also be our taste buds ?). Overall though, still solid customer service, fresh hot food and the portions are massive at a very reasonable price. You won't find chicharrón or tacos de lengua, but there are enough traditional touches to keep everyone happy. The Chile relleno is absolutely addictive. There's a reason they are still in business after all these years!

The Chili Verde enchiladas have been my go to for years. Not very spicy, but great flavor.

The owner and staff at Morelia are the best! I've been dining here for years and I am happy to recommend them for good Mexican food. I was very happy to celebrate my 2022 graduation at your restaurant, and I look forward to many more years of celebrations and nights out at your restaurant!

First.... I love this place...BUT..They brought out the usual chips and salsa while we waited, the chips were for the most part small crumbs (not whole chips) and a very small salsa container, we went through that small container before we even had a few chips so the gentleman gave us another (small) container which we still finished before we ate many more chips. I asked for the larger container that we usually in the past received which he did and brought us new chips that were in better shape. Fast forward... they charged us $2.00. Every time I have gone to a Mexican food restaurant we had plenty of salsa to use with the chips and put on the food that we ordered. I know that times are tough but really??? I want to go get Mexican food today but I am a bit turned off by our last visit. Please do not take this as the food was not good, just this issue left a bad taste in my mouth, pun intended..

Restaurante La Morelia is an excellent place to visit with your friends and eat yummy comfort food like chili verde burritos and beef tacos! That is exactly what I had today and my girlfriend had the taco salad. It was topped with sour cream and guacamole and vegetables and cheese her salad looked excellent! She said it was good. My burrito was excellent the pork was chop very small and easy to chew. The spice was just right. I added a little bit of salsa because I like salsa! We had fruit punch which was refreshing for our lunch. The atmosphere is excellent friendly and easy-going. Lots of beautiful decor and an original painting of the owner.

Always a great experience. Good food, friendly staff, and fun atmosphere. They were able to fit our large party of 14, and the service was quick and attentive. There's a wide variety to choose from, and the combo meals are a personal favorite. The portion sizes are decent, and we usually end up taking leftovers home. I highly recommend getting a side of chips and salsa to go!

Food is always amazing! Great portions and super tasty. Restaurant itself is tiny and gets packed very quickly making it a bit hot if you're going to dine in. But you can still enjoy their great food by calling ahead and ordering to go

Laura Special: Chile Verde Burrito topped with Relleno Sauce, Monterey Jack and Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, Cilantro, and served with Rice, Lettuce, Tomato, and Avocado slices.I substituted the Chile Verde Burrito for a chicken Burrito, and it's one of the best I've ever had!

I went yesterday. I asked for Grilled chicken Super Nachos, Server gave me shredded chicken Super Nachos. I did not like how the shredded chicken tasted. (My partner also said beans tasted like can beans) I asked for extra guacamole, they gave me dark guacamole. I asked the Server why it was so dark. She said it's depends how we get the avocados. When you get avocados with black spot you need to throw them away and use fresh ones. People can get sick with dark guacamole. And the last. I found a hair in the plate. I just want to get out as soon as possible and I paid for my food. I didn't want to make the poor Server embarrassed.

I have never been so absolutely flabbergasted at how awful of a dish I had here. I ordered the Chili Verde burrito platter. What ever you do DO NOT ORDER THE CHILI VERDE!!! It looked like cat food and tasted like the canned chicken in Campbells chicken noodle soup. The pork was unabashedly canned. How this restaurant has as many stars as it does is beyond me. There was nothing “authentic” about the soggy rice and cat food I was served.

Worked here for 10 years and the owners are the best! I love their food so much that there were days I had it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner a few days in a row. Highly recommend this place for the atmosphere as much as the food ❤️
