The Atmosphere was only mid because there were people arguing in the area, not the staff. The staff were absolutely lovely, excellent service and genuinely happy to be there. I had the three cheese tortellini with garlic sauce. It was amazing. I reccomend it 100%, and the price is reasonable for the amount of servings. 9/10.
I pass by every day and eat here fairly often. It's only fair to give a review. I have eaten here so many times, and I have never had a bad experience. I don't know how you guys screen for the employees, but whatever you are doing, it's working really well! The Presto Cavatappi with Grilled Chicken is my favorite so far. I love the chocolate chip cookies too.

This was my 1st time ever eating at Noodles & Company, I came in and placed my very simple order of Mac n Cheese and an order of Garlic Bread. The red headed woman working the counter seemed pretty unhappy to be there and didn't say much while I placed my order. It has now been over 30 MINUTES and still no sign of my food! Only 2-3 other customers came in during this time and we're in and out, but her interactions with those individuals also seemed very unpleasant. Still waiting for my food, would never recommend again.

The service was really good. The person who took our order was friendly, patient and helpful. Our order was filled quickly. What disappointed us greatly about our experience was how far the menu has been pared down recently. We used to go to Noodles & Co regularly because the menu was so extensive and they had many vegan options, but this time there literally was only one dish on the menu that could be made vegan, and zero salad offerings. Vegan options aside, there is nothing any more that sets this franchise apart from the others and no reason whatsoever to visit again.
