So disappointing when places dont have accurate hours on the their google listing. They close in the afternoon but its not accurate here.
Best sushi in SLC. I have lived in the valley for 6 years and this place is easily the best japanese restaurant that I tried. The calamari was so unique and astounding. Sashimi platter is priced appropriately which you don’t often see.
The food has been good, but their to-go orders take forever. I ordered over an hour ago and it’s still not ready. Go elsewhere if you want to eat relatively quickly.

Guys this place is better than Takashi, seriously. Same quality, cheaper! Try the Yakitori wagyu and try the chicken nanban. Same quality fish as Takashi. Better and fun sushi combos. Get it.

Tonkatsu was good, well cooked, a would like it a bit thicker but breading was great and meat was tender and bit overcooked.
The Katsudon looked good.

This place is amazing. The location is beautiful and walkable, super easy to bike to. Sushi is well priced and delicious. The presentation and service was also top notch. Must try in Sugarhouse!
