We ordered crispy potstickers...they looked and tasted like they were steamed! The korean fried chicken with dry-rub five spice seasoning was spiceless and over cooked!! The lo mein barely had any flavor!! I'm usually very hard NOT to please...but I was very disappointed on this trip!!

Amethyst was absolutely amazing! The service was the best I’ve ever had. She was so kind with making sure all food was safe for our food allergies! It was an amazing all around!

I ordered Buddha’s feast and what used to have great tasting tofu is now little deep fried pieces about the size of dice. Because it is battered and then fried, the tofu literally evaporates and becomes nonexistent and all you have left is a little fried piece of yuck! Please bring back real unfried tofu! The rest of the dish is great. The server was extremely nice and accommodating. Just wish what used to be my favorite dish had not changed.

I should have read the bad reviews before eating here! I’m More than agreed to all the 1 star reviews! I should have ordered Chinese takeout restaurants food, would have tasted way better than these so called Chinese dishes and paid much less !
Have you tried fried little cubes of tofu soaked in heavy sweet sauce, it’s named mapodofu !! ???? , the waiter said it’s pf Chang style!!! I forgot to take a picture of it

Not docking the service. We came here because we loved the one in Arizona. I am highly disappointed in the food here though. Panda express tastes better. Very bland food and the egg drop soup tastes like cardboard. We couldn't eat it. Not worth the price

P. F. Chang's downtown is definitely losing its touch. Service is slow, the furniture is old and dirty, and it smells bad. They always mess up your order, and the atmosphere is kind of depressing. You just don't feel good there.

Excellent food (great flavor, correct temperature, nice portions) and excellent service. Calli was terrific with the five of us (including 2 children). We have dined here before and will return.

Really friendly staff, and I'm not sure if I was just hungry or the food was actually delicious haha especially the Mongolian tofu and brown rice, omg I'm going back tomorrow:))) also reasonable priced menu.

TLDR: Amethyst set the bar for servers!
P.F. Changs was on point once again. If you haven't been, they do an American-asian fusion and it's great. However, in large part the 5 star review is due to the fact that this particular PF Changs plays host to Amethyst. Simply the best server of the year! The grace she displayed - otherworldly. Her timing - sublime. She made the experience for our party. If you have the means, I highly recommend.
