Great dinner with great wine pairings. Lovely seating. Very great service! I’ve eaten here with groups and alone, it’s very good every time. Love the wine pairings. Love the menu. Will rerun again. It’s worth it to make reservations if you care about getting in at a certain time or on a certain day.

Pago has incredible fresh seasonal menus. They sat us (a party of 7) last minute on a Saturday night. This place is a gem and one of the best restaurants in SLC. I have always had excellent food and drink at Pago. Their staff is great and the food is amazing. My one recommendation is include sides in the entrees. Increase the price slightly to accommodate the sides.

Food never misses here: tonight we had the tasting menu and everything was unreal, perfect for the Autumn season. Chef Lee’s selection is incredible, Logan was especially kind and my husband and I love coming here. My fave restaurant in SLC for sure!

What a delightful hidden gem in SLC! We always look for farm to table dining and our party of 12 tried almost everything on the menu. Everything was delicious! My favorites were the trout pireogi dumplings and the beet and strawberry salad.

Our server was very knowledgeable, and gave great suggestions. The food was good and filling. I had the pork chop and it was perfectly cooked and paired with a side of their cheesy mashed potatoes. Also ordered the lamb and it was slightly cold but the pork chop was definitely the hero.

Amazing first visit! They accommodated our lateness and allowed us to revise our reservation by 30 minutes at short notice. The server, who could have been the owner based on his knowledge, friendliness and level of attentiveness, made our visit fantastic. Beverages, food and desserts were all wonderful quality. Even our vegetarian guest was delighted. Cozy, comfortable, quiet and clean environment with easy on-street parking, even on a Saturday evening. Well done, Pago!

It was fantastic! Austin our server was great! We had a reservation for 6:30pm on a Thursday and there was no one else yet so it was nice and chill. We went for the tasting menu and also ordered some seasonal blackberry lemonade and a Phony Negroni. Dinner was snap peas, beets with strawberries, bean stew, Johnny cake, steak with potatoes, and olive oil cake. To our surprise, the chef made us two plates of the steak and Austin brought us complimentary Italian sodas with our dessert. Everything was delicious and well thought out. We were thoroughly satisfied and stuffed by the end. For the price of $52 per person plus cost of the drinks, it was definitely worth it.
