The lady that rung up my order was rude! Because I asked about the mixed juices in the machine next to the cash register after she told me my total price, she wouldn't add it on to my order. If I wanted one, I had to go stand back in line. She wouldn't give me my food until I was back in front of her again, by that point I no longer wanted the guava juice.

The management clearly needs to go, placed an order at 1030, was supposed to be ready at 1050, I show up at 1050 and doors locked, I waited by the doors a few mins no answer. I had a front runner to catch so I had to go, finally get a text as boarding traxs that my food was ready. I call and uh yeah our staff was late so they opened almost an hour late, and I didn’t get lunch. Not acceptable way to run a business.

The Food is sloppy and bland. Restaurant lobby and bathrooms are dirty. Don’t waste your hard earned money here you might get food poisoning

If you miss China food, and what you can expect from the type of food from Denmark but then Pandas Express is a really good place to get its food from, it is in my view the same quality or better but it is not something completely wild, but if the miss comes to China buffet yes then it is good and cheap, :)

At 10:30, supposedly 30 minutes after they were open, there was still only maybe half of the food ready.
So much for fast food..

Whoever was making Fried Rice tonight (11/3 about 7pm) is killing it. Probably the best fried rice I've had at this spot.

I've been here a few times since I moved within walking distance. Night crew is way faster (and cooks better imo) than the day shift I normally encounter

For two days now the restaurant has not opened when it says it will. First was a sign on the door saying it could be a couple of hours. Then the next day the doors were open (no sign on door) but then being rejected (at 10:30am) and told they won't be opening for a couple more hours... too much disappointment.

Staff was acting like they couldn’t hear me then laughed at me when I repeated myself.. I don’t think it’s necessary to be nice, but if you’re in customer service the expectation is that you’re not rude.

Came here with my order ready on the app and they made me wait 30 minutes. They could at least not put in the app that they did on time. Because they lied.

I Went in yesterday around 9 pm, I received some of the best customer service by one of the nicest male employees there, really awesome staff and communication, cleanliness and speed made it a nice experience for me, will definitely be returning to this location.
