Parking: There is only 4 actual parking spots for this location as the ADMINISTRATION building/ office has claimed the other 20 parking spaces nearest to this location for themselves which is stupid as there is seating for a lot 40 people to sit and eat and the closest entrance to the garage parking below is 400 feet away walking outside which in the winter is not happening and NO DRIVE THRU which is the first of for me not seeing a stand alone location w/ NO DRIVE THRU

This is a panda. DO NOT GO between 6 and 7 pm on Saturday night unless you are prepared to wait 20 minutes. The beef and broccoli was actually good though.Parking: Park in the gateway parking structure to the north.

I ordered bigger plate and the employee was serving was very rude. She put little rice and little chow mein, I asked for extra rice and chow mein she said no, that’s enough or you have to pay extra. The whole experience was frustrating. I will never come again. Hope they improve..

The attention is terrible in this place. The cashier lady named ALEXA is extremely rude. She shouldn't be in customer service. The men's bathroom didn't work and didn't give me a solution, but she did let another man borrow the bathroom.

Really, the person called Alexa is a very rude person, she should not be in customer service. Tea treats you as if you were asking for free food. Making it easier for me to take a bath was a problem, even though I'm consuming food in the place.
I asked the girl for 2 hot peppers from another entree, she said she couldn’t if we wanted to order a small box, naw paying almost $100 on food and $6 to get 2 chilis out of it, I’m good. Other locations don’t have a problem.

Fool me twice, shame on me... I was disappointed in portion sizes a few months ago, but I tried Panda again this week - even smaller! An absolute waste of money for the little amount of food I got. There won't be a third time.

He was very disappointed, not only by the service I received, but also by the type of food they served me. I am a faithful lover of Panda Express and wherever I go I always say that it is the best, but this restaurant should change its character, I bought a triple and they served me less than a bolw and the person who served me, Daisy, served my food as if we were in the jail.I recommend you go to another panda, the photos were taken before eating, those were the real quantities
