The associate Cathy hung up on me twice in a row and on the third there was no answer, on the fourth call she answered again and once again hung up within seconds. Disappointed in the professionalism and was denied the ability to talk to any other of the associates

Your Uber Eats driver do not work for Panda Express. We do not fill the drinks for your customers and seal the drinks. This is the job of Panda Express employee, not the Uber Eats Driver. Please do not hand us an empty cup and expect us to fill the drinks for you. Please have this addressed ASAP.

I love panda and go all the time! This was my first time coming to this panda though. I got my food and was sadly very disappointed with the quality of my honey sesame chicken. It was over cooked and had zero sauce. I debated back and forth, but then finally decided to go show it to them and the worker was so sweet and so quick to get me a new serving of honey sesame! I was super impressed and was very grateful.

We put in an online order for 2 meals. One was all orange chicken, the other was orange chicken and black pepper sirloin. When we opened our order at home. The meal with all orange chicken looked excellent, the other order with sirloin had two tiny pieces of sirloin, one small piece of broccoli and one mushroom. All together one bite of food. Give me a break, if you are out of that explain but don’t do customers dirty like that. The money spent was for more than one bite.

I ordered a bigger plate combo and the guy put 3 pieces of orange chicken in there

Food tasted ok, but the ratios are way wrong. Beef & broccoli was all broccoli with 2 pieces of beef. Lo mein was more cabbage (undercooked, raw, and bitter) than noodles. Last I checked lo mein was a noodle dish. If I wanted a cabbage dish I would go to a German restaurant where they would at least cook it.

I had a wonderful time! After a long day of hard work, this was exactly the kind of experience I needed. My server, Eric, was absolutely excellent—friendly, upbeat, and genuinely attentive. His customer service was top-notch, and he made the whole visit enjoyable from start to finish. It’s not often you come across someone who truly makes you feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Stop going to Panda a while ago for the same reason. Decided to try it again with same results! Went there during lunch time and I swear every time they're noodles are gone just a ton of vegetables you get like three noodles the orange chicken is always almost gone therefore soggy and nasty. Same with the walnut shrimp. Was looking forward to trying it again but we'll never be back! If you do go my advice is wait until they bring out fresh food. Otherwise you get three noodles soggy chicken and shrimp!
