8/10 times, this place is stellar. Every once in a while though, there will be an order where almost everything is wrong. Wrong pizzas, missing items, pizaa isn't cut, pizza takes too long, etc.

Had pizza delivered and it was the only thing I’d eaten besides some cereal that morning, ended up with food poisoning the next day. This was during a cross country road trip so I ended up having to stay a few extra days until I felt better. 10/10 don’t recommend

I originally ordered delivery but door dash couldn't figure out my address. The night manager understand my issue and let me pick a new hot order. After craving this pizza for 3 long years i was so super stoked. And i truly appreciate this manager . Big shout out to you Thank you for making my papa johns experience great.

Worst customer service experience ever! The woman working tonight alongside Devan was extremely unprofessional. The staff needs to seriously step up their game. Very disappointed with how I was treated!

I ordered a X-lg pizza pepperoni , sausage and cheese And I just get a Cheese pizza. Waiting more than 30-40 minutes just for cheese . It’s disappointing. Good delivery service. .

We got into our hotel after 930pm and were starving. Decided to order a pizza and this Papa John's was only 1.2 miles away. After an hour, a girl called and said that a door Dasher had stolen our pizza. We called the store to place the order and had cash to pay for it so it was a little strange that door dash was supposed to deliver it. . Waited for them to make another and use their own driver. It finally came at 1150pm but at least it was hot when it arrived.

Shrink-flation is insulting. I ordered a combo but got basically a cheese. Edit. Talked to the employee about it. Apologetic and her "hands are tied". I decided to go with the food I got and no replacement. Hope PJs corporate fixes their measurements.
Ordered a pizza with no cheese. I have an anaphylactic allergy to dairy. Got delivered with cheese. Tried to call to get a new one ordered and got transferred to two different people in India telling me that can’t help me. What a horrible customer service experience. Don’t recommend.

I usually always give papa johns a 5 star review because I love their pizza. But this time I had to pay with cash and the delivery person had no cash for change! How can a delivery person not have change?? They also didn't speak English at all so I couldn't understand what he was even trying to say other than he had no change.
