Manager very unfriendly and rude

Pizza tastes like frozen/dehydrated pizza
Was almost inedible.

It’s one thing to take a while to make pizza. It’s another thing to tell the customer 2 more minutes 3 times. Just be straight up and tell me you screwed up and didn’t make the pizza.

Seriously!? What happened to gloves?

Not sure how a company chain can be this horrible. Wings out of stock but don’t say anything until we come to pick up the pizza lol… takes 25 minutes to get a refund… just all bad. Go somewhere else if you can. Service is horrid as well.

Do not go here if you can avoid it. It is just this one from my experience. I have lived close by this store for 30+ years and they will sometimes stumble in to getting your order right on the first time. I have never had it delivered because I can drive, I always pick up in sotre. The only reason I keep going to this one is my wife loves papa Johns pizza and this is the closest store to us. We will never use this location ever again. We order the same thing every time and they find a way to mess it up in a new way. Idk how this keeps happening to this location I know it is different management over the years but still the same result. We order late so when I go it is not busy. There is one to the west on state street go to that one. They have never messed up our order and it is the same one. We live less then 5 min away from this one and I will now drive the 20 mine the the state street location. Avoid this location so it has to close and free up a spot for something better.

I wish I could give 0 stars! Don’t order from here! I ordered from their store, then got a message saying my order had been modified. I ordered from another place so we could have dinner. An hour later, my papa John’s order arrived. They won’t refund me! I told them about the text I received and they said it was my fault because I didn’t call the store. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Now I’m stuck paying for two pizza meals for my family. I will never order here again.

Maybe stop sweeping your floor when a customer comes in to pick up their pizza instead of making them wait at the counter for 3 minutes....

Ordered through their website for delivery and received a confirmation email stating delivery in 48 minutes. 40 minutes later I received a notification that they were delivering through doordash. After another 30 minutes the driver arrives and half my items are missing. Door dash said they can't help since I didn't place the order and when I called the store they said they absolutely no record of my order and nothing they can do since it was delivered by a third party that I didn't even order through.

Ordered 12 pizzas and bread sticks for delivery on the state holiday of the 24th, Arrived precisely on time and everything looked great and tasted even better. Don't forget that you get Garlic Sauce for free with each pizza!(Plus a peproncini) Fed sixty people for a hundred bucks plus tip! Can't beat it, keep up the good work! By the way, their rewards are better than Domino's too....

I was at a summer camp at get air and they brought us papa johns pizza for lunch. The first slice was ok, but then the second one tasted like mac and cheese. Disgusted.
