Papa John’s is a joke! Calling the number listed leads to a call center that has no idea what they are doing and isn’t in this country! Calling our cottonwood Heights store has not one employee that can take an order over the phone for delivery. They are the most incompetent people we have ever interacted with at a professional business. Never again. Such a disappointment

I waited 43 min for my pizza delivery it said it would take 31 min when the pizza man arrived he dropped all my pizza on the ground no it didn’t fall out the box but by the time I opened the pizza there was no toppings on pizza sauce all over the box pizza completely ruined and I didn’t receive my cheese sauce so I called and they said they will send another one out it’s been 48 min and just now receiving my pizza still with NO SAUCE that I paid for will not be ordering here again because every time I order at this location they screw up my pizza EVERYTIME not once in a while papa John’s is my favorite but they screwed it up to much I’m tired of cold messed up pizza I’m not a KAREN but this makes me disappointed never again will they get my business it was also delivered by DoorDash second time around TERRIBLE service

I've been there twice recently(once tonight 2/16/24 @ 3:40) and went back the second time hoping the service wouldn't be trash. I was the only customer both times. I walk in and no greeting, no acknowledgement or anything. Both times i wait 10 minutes past the pickup time. First time i went in i had to eventually ask for my order before they said anything to me. Second time there was a nice girl that had just returned from a delivery that finally asked me if i was waiting, my pizza was just sitting on the rack. 5 or 6 employees were there both times, bug they were too busy showing eachother something outside and I had 3 of them just walk by me. Worst customer service I've ever seen. It was honestly just strange more than anything. I've never left a google review but I did for these guys. The girl was really nice. I work at the store across the street, I get paid trash and would never treat a customer like that. The guys there seemed like careless aholes. Not going back.Edit: the pizza was trash. Somehow dry and crispy but also fell apart? How? It was so thin around where the middle connects to the stuffed crust you pick it up and it just falls apart. Come on people really.

CRIMINAL - When my pizza was not delivered their response was “we didn’t have any employees to do the delivery, so we gave it to someone else to deliver, they probably stole it, this happens all the time”When calling to resolve refund employee scream into phone like deranged drug addict.

For a papa Johns, this has very reliable and quick service. We get pizza here almost every week because of the value and convenience. Highly recommend ordering with the app.

Food was dry, and they surprised me by having Door Dash delivery it... Great. And the special was $25, and ended at $35 by the end after all the fees. Ridiculous. And this corporation tells you to tip the driver because the delivery fee doesn't go to the driver. Lol insane.

Dear Lord, we bought two pizzas here, and neither of them had any sauce on them!It was like having poorly made bread with some cheese and toppings.The dough was dry. It was the worst pizza I've ever had.If I can put a picture on this review will put it on there and you'll see how bad this thing was... We threw out Half the pizza as well as only eating half the pieces that people had what a waste of money!
Please see images of the Shack a Roni pizza advertisement and the one I ordered this evening. Expectation vs reality. Basically raw, cheese completely missing in spots, folded pepperoni and super thick on one side.

Placed a delivery order and it was super late arriving. We heard yelling outside. The delivery driver had delivered the pizza to our neighbor’s home, was yelling our address asking where our house was and proceeds to run over our neighbor’s garbage can. Another neighbor came outside to see what was going on. Our pizza had garlic sauce spilled all over the inside and was cold. I called the store and tried to tell them the issue and was repeatedly interrupted. The girl apologized, but didn’t offer any solution to our issue. I’ll never order from here again. Horrible customer service on both Papa John’s side and the fact they use 3rd party delivery.

We just has incredible service from the manager named Texas and a delivery driver, they were just overall so nice, but also during the delivery my husband fumbled the chicken bites and they went above and beyond and had a new order right to our door within like 7 minutes. Thanks guys!

So I used to always come here and it was OK but this last previous time I went I had paid for extra peppers and when I arrived there, I was only given three so I asked the guy if I can get extra and he grabbed one pepper with his bare hands, no gloves at all, and try to hand me and I looked at him dead in the eye and said, are you serious he then gives me a dirty look and walks right away for me as I’m in the middle of a sentence and grabs his manager. The heavier manager with the glasses, then proceeds to yell at me saying it’s his first day does he not have common sense? Why would anybody grab a pepper with their bare hands and try to give it to me this place is going downhill he then proceeded to say he’s only 15 man I wasn’t being a Karen or anything I legit was just like Bruh for real.
