This place always delivers amazing customer service and gives you exactly what you need. Not a fan of the tweaks and bums doing drug deals in the parking lot. This place needs more of a security presence to get the riff raff out of our neighborhood.

I ordered my pizza online and my gf walks in to get it and there’s two white teens working and my gf tells them her name and instead of getting her order the girl working there starts profiling her because shes mexican and trynna say that other orders are hers cuz the other names were mexican as well and the names weren’t even close to her name and when my gf said those weren’t her orders like 5 times the girl starts to have attitude and being rude one of the worst experiences ever

I chose to do this on the phone, but apparently the manager is not available for a week. So I guess that is what is wrong; there is not anyone in charge of the place!!!! Like WOW, really!!!! So I have gone to Papa Murphy's for at least 25 years. My 1st Papa Murphy's was in Roy, Utah. I have lived in SLC, Roy and Richfield and have gone to so many Papa Murphy's. I have cooked hundreds of their pizzas. So last night we got two pizzas, a regular pepperoni, which was fine, but the chicken bacon artichoke was from another realm all to it's very own. I can't tell you how many chicken bacon artichoke pizzas I have cooked, but it is so many. The crust on this pizza was super glued to the cooking tray. I don't know if the dough was super old or what was wrong, but I had to pry the bits of crust off the cooking tray with a knife and fork. So basically I had a pizza with very very limited crust and a pizza all torn up just trying to get it off the cooking tray. It was the freakest thing. This has never happened before. The quality has absolutely gone down so drastically. The last time I got the same pizza the artichokes on the entire pizza were inedible because they were extremely tough and so hard. Now this time I have a pizza torn up, because it was somehow super glued to the cooking tray. There seems to be no pride in quality or respect for customers. But I guess when there is no one in charge, the staff could care less what they serve to the customers.

Worst pizza experience I could possibly have. I ordered delivery and the order is just canceled out of no where. I call the store and they say they don’t know anything because they don’t offer delivery. Apparently it is all done through third party apps and the driver just no showed. We get a new driver to pick it up and it has been 2hrs by this point before it finally arrives. When it arrives I find out that it is not cooked and I have to cook it myself??? What type of place is this. Why would you not have this in big letters on the front page of the website? I pre heat my over and get ready to cook the pizza and it’s like it’s super glued to the cardboard it comes on. How am I supposed to get it in the oven? Whole pizza flips over it’s a complete disaster. Terrible place will never go here again.

Very friendly, quick and accommodating. No muss no fuss, great price, clean and perfect ‘pie’.
We ordered in person, 1/2 and 1/2, thin crust, cheese and Mediterranean. Got it home, baked and WOW! Delicious.
We will definitely be back.

Pre- ordered from here online on their website for 6:15pm it cost $40! (1 pizza 14’’) It came over half an hour late, after calling the store and them telling me they don’t take deliveries from their website and it’s gone through Doordash where it doesn’t say that anywhere! Such a disappointment would give 0 stars if possible. Also $40 for 1 pizza to bake yourself I think is a rip off

We did an online order and everything was correct. I recommend the calzones!

Love Take N Bake pizza! If you have EBT thay take it so that's a major plus! It's a Take N Bake so the atmosphere doesn't really apply. Staff is friendly... Pizza is good! The Thai Chicken is my favorite!

Good pizza!! Less than 5 stars because of online ordering…I’m unimpressed with corporate service. I I rdered take-out and the site automatically included a tip. I sometimes tip for take-out, but this tip was a lot and unintentional. Tried to contact someone to let them know and request reimbursement and was told there was nothing that could be done on the web. I feel like somebody took money from my pocket.
