I received a Free Meal coupon through SpotOn (app they use for loyalty management) and the cashier Colombian guy, refused to honor and give me several excuses and honestly I felt so sorry for how idiot he look trying to fool me that gave me no choice and just paid whatever he said even though the Fake deal. Very disappointed in their shady business and regret every person I sent to your way. will never step in, nice customer retention and loyalty management.

The food is excellent quality, seasoned to perfection, and the people and atmosphere are amazing. Maybe I’ll move to Puerto Rico? Lol! I’d give Papito Moe’s 10 out 5 stars if I could! ❤️

Oh boy. This is a hard review to write. This is the first review i have ever made of any restaurant and have had a yep account since 2018. I consider myself an easygoing person, but Kim from Papito Moe's pushed hard enough to be the first. First the good: Papito Moes has some amazing food. My wife is half Puerto Rican, and her stamp approval means I know the food is legit. We have gone there many times for lunch and dinner. It is a food worth craving. We have even ordered the frozen food from them over the holidays that we cook ourselves just to have it for when we want it. The bad: Do not try to cater from here, there is no guarantee that they will hold up their end of the bargain. The Story: We are/were (depending on when you are reading this) hosting an event in May 2022 and wanted Papito Moe's to cater for us with the food truck, and THEY AGREED!!!!!! YAY!!!!! We originally reached out to them in August 2021, and we booked them with a down payment in October 2021 (so plenty of time before the event). In February 2022 (almost 4 months before the event), Kim began to try to back out of the catering she had agreed to. Originally she said that the road had a grade that was too steep for the food truck (Note the event was in Wolf Creek near Eden), however there is almost no gradient in the road that would deter the food truck from making it to the venue. We asked Kim to drive the road to see that there is no gradient issue, but after doing that (supposedly), she said that there were now sharp curve issues on the road (Note that this is the road through Ogden Canyon, a road that routinely sees massive personal boats being towed to Pinedale Reservoir). Now the issue was: she could not do the food truck, so are there other options? yes!! yay again, still more options. We really wanted to cater from her in any capacity. There is a food tent that she informed us about, however, in the same email that she let us know the food tent was an option, she pulled the rug out and said that there are wind issues and the food tent was not an option. Now, anyone in the area of the valley knows that there can be high winds all over, any time of the year. But apparently where we booked, she knew that the big winds were supposed to be extra high that weekend (even though it is not a high wind area). So the food tent is not an option. We did ask her what her reasoning was for thinking it was a high wind area, but never received a legitimate response. Buffet style catering it is. I wanted to take a day to speak to my wife to see if the buffet style catering was a viable option. We love their food, however, the buffet style would not be as fresh, likely cooked the night before she implied. She informed us about the buffet style option on the afternoon of March 2nd and i received a refund without a word from Kim that our booking had been cancelled on the morning of March 4th. Without correspondence, Kim canceled our catering less than 48 hours after telling us about the other options. Again, the food is great, but the service is horrendous. I have my own personal thoughts as to why we were cancelled on, and they do not include anything in the way of gradients, sharp turns, or high winds, but rather the timing over a holiday weekend, and we are only having 60 people. Perhaps i am overreacting, or perhaps i am whatever the male version is of a "Karen" but everyone we have talked to about this has had the same sentiment as us. Incredulousness. I could not, in good faith, not post a review after the experience we had with Papito Moe's. I'd be interested to know if there are others that have had the same experience, or if we are just that unsavory to work with.

We ordered to go and ended up eating in the car. We couldn't wait. The food was awesome.. we went back for an extra alcapurria for my son and didn't notice it was black. Totally burned. That made us very sad.

So impressed with Papito Mo's! Everything we've had here has been delicious. We used them to cater for our family Thanksgiving dinner. They quickly responded to all of our questions, accommodated for special requests and were so easy to work with. They are an amazing business that you should support. We will definitely be back for more of their authentic, Puerto Rican food!

Been dying to try that place! It was recommend by my good friend to try it!! I was so happy to try it and these food looked so good and many options to pick! Even they do have vegetarian friendly! I tried their Bacalaitos & Garden Blend Mofongo. Sooo freaking good, i MEAN IT! Tasted exactly when I tried in Puerto Rico! And its a must have their pina colda! So good, perfect sweetness level & refreshing! They do have outdoor & indoor dining & bathroom. The staffs are super friendly and met the owner, so sweet woman ever! There's a public parking lot in plaza. I would love to visit again to try others!

Very yummy food. We really liked the grub bowls- combo and pork. The flan was the best I’ve ever had- anywhere.
