3.5 stars I can only speak for the cookies (which is one of their specialties). They offered a wide variety. We liked the option to buy 12 for $10 because they are large (and in charge)! - chocolate chip - descent chips (good amount and flavor) with nice soft, moist texture but it has a shortening taste...no butter flavor -coconut chocolate chip- soft, dense with sweet coconut and fantastic flavor -lemon zest - gorgeous texture of soft lemony goodness. Sadly, they dont contain any zest. They offer everything from soft serve ice cream, cafe style breakfast (until 10:30) and full lunch menu. I'd stop again, especially since its conveniently next to Trader Joes!

Wow! All-time new-low in customer service. My husband and I walked in at 9:58 to order breakfast and asked the girl where the breakfast menu was. She looked at her watch and mumbled "I am not sure he's going to want to make breAkfast because we only have a few minutes left for breakfast" And pointed over her shoulder to a menu on the wall. She never asked "him" about making breakfast but he came out and starting working on a coffee machine. Neither of the employees or managers (not sure what their titles were) even looked our direction again. There were 3 tables of people in the restaurant at the time 2/8/20 at 9:58. Again, terrible communication and extremely rude employees. We walked next door to Trader Joes where they are nothing but awesome!

Jan 25, 2020. Food was good, though my walnut chicken sandwich had about half as much on it as I expected for the price. Also, the janitorial staff was shaking the dust and gravel off the rugs IN THE RESTAURANT WHILE WE WERE EATING! We were sitting in the corner, by the door, and the guy picked up the end of the rug and shook it TOWARD US as we were eating at our table! Last time I will ever eat there.

Monica and the staff were awesome as hell. I love the vibe here. It felt like I was at home and it's a wonderful place to be at. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would recommend people to swing by and grab a treat or some soup. ❤️ Thank you Monica and staff for a wonderful experience. They really are good people!

Don't go to Paradise Bakery. They claim their food is freshly prepared. We went today for lunch. When we asked to leave the mustard off of the panini, we were told that wasn't possible. Paninis are pre-made. My friends Ultimate Grilled Cheese sandwich hardly had any cheese. It was ultimately disappointing to say the least. Paradise claims..."Our goal at Paradise Bakery & Cafe® is that your experience from the presentation to the product quality to the exceptional service is so special, that you tell a friend, "You have to go to Paradise." Seriously... don't go to paradise. It's no wonder Zupas has a line to the door and Paradise is virtually empty. I understand now why.

Worst grilled cheese panini ever. This is the description on their menu "Grilled Cheese Deluxe Panini - Havarti, Cheddar and Swiss cheese with smoked bacon and honey mustard on our fresh baked sourdough bread"

Worst grilled cheese panini ever. This is the description on their menu "Grilled Cheese Deluxe Panini - Havarti, Cheddar and Swiss cheese with smoked bacon and honey mustard on our fresh baked sourdough bread" All of the paninis are pre-made so you can not ask for any alterations to the sandwich. Bad customer service as well when asking for alterations to a sandwich. My sandwich came out and you could not even see the cheese on it. No bacon or honey mustard. Looks like it only has 1 of the 3 cheeses on it. Never going back.

This place is so good, been going here since I was a teenager I was going to go to the one near my apartment in Cottonwood Heights. But they closed. Good food.

Wow this is the worst place for a sandwich. I ordered the turkey cranberry sandwich without mayo. Had to pay extra for the cheese and bacon, and they didn't even add the cranberry sauce. Just mayo and such a small portion of cheese and meat. Imagine how this sandwich would look if I hadn't paid extra for cheese and bacon! Turkey cranberry = a slice of turkey, mayo, and lettuce... That with a half salad that has barely any toppings was $11! I'll never go back

Came for lunch, party of 3, 5-6 total groups in the whole building and sandwiches are taking 25+ minutes to make and get out to customers. There is one younger girl doing all the sandwiches and 2 people watching her.... most ridiculous service I've ever seen. No apologies, no urgency. Wow this is bad.

This is my favorite restaurant. I'm sad they closed all the other ones. I recommend their Paradise Pasta, it is my absolute favorite.

I was in Salt Lake City for a week on business and discovered this place. This little bakery exceeded my expectations on each visit and I enjoyed fresh pasteries, cookies and delicious sandwiches during my business trip. The staff are friendly, the place is very clean and the food is delicious!

10/10 best cucumber. Subways cucumbers didn't even stand a chance. Will return for more cucumbers, and the cookies were nice and soft, not crunchy and tiny like other heathen cookie brands. Sandwhic was good and the Fuji Apple salad is always A-1 sauce, I bout got lost in it... the sauce that is.

Two stars only because staff was nice and attentive. Terrible breakfast. Coffee was burnt, do not order the bagels. Bagels came from a bag and tasted like Grocery store bagged bagels. Way overpriced
