my first visit to Patty Shack was today and I rate them at 5 stars. the owner himself took our order and he's a real people person. friendly and welcoming. our food came out to us as ordered and in record time. the quality of the burgers was to shelf and the fries were amazing. I will definitely go back

This place is just a kitchen with multiple restaurants. I ordered a ultimate grilled cheese and ended up with an inside out hamburger bun with a slice of cheese.
Picking it up was a horrific experience. The place is a gross waiting area where you wait for a locker to swing open and there you go.
I would hate to see the kitchen judging from everything else.
I will personally not be going back. The lack of customer service and along with the feeling of filth was to much for me.

Take out only. Coulda made that clearer before I drove there. Cheese burger bowl was decent. Tasted OK and was decent value. Fries are a total rip off. $8 dollar for maybe 30 fairly small size and lame flavor fries. Are you freaking kidding me ??? DO NOT ORDER FRIES from these cheese burger heads. Take away the fries and I would up my rating to 4 stars

Very subpar burger... Over-priced and tastes like something you'd get from McDonald's, but for double the price. Our order got messed up: We paid extra for something they forgot to add. Burger was soggy and looked nothing like the website's photos. Buns are basic tasting from the store (ours weren't toasted like in the photos). Fries are flavorless but have a good crunch similar to Arby's curly fries. **Technically we selected "Patty Shack" on the kiosk but that location shows up in Taylorsville on google maps. But it's all the same kitchen

We loved the patty melts, very good. Fries were great, but we ordered onion rings. Maybe next time we'll be able to know how the onion rings are

There’s not much to say. Although i chose to pick-up my and my wife’s food, we just kept saying to each other “ it’s door dash food” and we don’t even ever use any delivery services for food and groceries. I think that’s just the impression we were left with, the quality of the item versus the experience with it we were left pondering over as we ate it was just that, feeling like we made a terrible decision to give a new place a try and instantly regretting it. It’s almost as if 7-eleven were going to start offering hamburgers and patty melts from those little self contained food warmers and the meat we were served was made that morning but i walked to the 7-11 and got what was available which was a dry almost tasteless mirage of what it was meant to be. Even after using fresh bread for the buns and decent ingredients for toppings and condiments, it still wasn’t enough to make me stop being disappointed that i shelled-out almost $15 for just the so called burger. The real kicker was that there was supposed to also be pastrami on it which, i guess in some way was a blessing in disguise that it was left off as, I’m inclined to believe, that too would have been dry making the whole experience that much more unpleasant.

Bland tasteless burger. Not worth the 29 dollar door dash.

I like homemade pickles but these weren't ready. The skin of the cucumber was too hard. They need to be cut with a special knife to give them a shape with ridges.

Paid $22 for a burger and fries which were both useless. Chef working the Jan 16th late night shift sucks!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PICKUP: Just ask the guy in charge inside the little room for your order and he'll get your name and unlock your door. The food was good! however the only gripe that I have that bumps a star down is the fact that for a bacon cheeseburger (not a double), fries, and a drink it ran me 19$, without delivery. Other than that great classic burger.
