I have been driving by this restaurant for almost 10 years now but have yet to try it until recently. I was craving Bun Bo Hue and decided to give this place a try. The space inside looks way better than the outside so that was a nice surprise. I ordered the fresh spring roll and the beef special spicy soup. The fresh spring roll was super basic: shrimp, noodles and lettuce. A bit of fresh herbs like mint or basil would really make a difference here. The Bun Bo Hue broth was underwhelming. Not enough spice/flavor. The variety of meat was good but definitely not your typical authentic offering.Service was very good. Maybe the pho will be better. But I would definitely not order the fresh spring rolls or Bun Bo Hue again.

Great lil place in Liberty park area, Tasty Pho, a good measure of the quality comes form the meat selection. I got my favorite of rare beef with meatballs. The bowl cam with a plentiful amount of meat. The broth was piping hot and was a huge portion. Great exotic flavors of coriander and lemongrass. The potstickers were a great appetizer that i got 2 orders. Prices were reasonable with 2 bowls of Pho (1 being Vegan) and 2 orders of potstickers it came to about $30. All in all a good deal.

Don't be fooled by the interior. Their food is excellent and well worth a trip. Their fried spring rolls are full of flavor and their lemongrass chicken bun is incredible!

The food here is the bomb. Reasonably priced, and worth stopping. I like the fresh spring rolls and the V10 on the menu. The service is fast and on point.

Eh, 5/10. Not sure why they have such a high rating, probably people who don’t know how important good pho is. I would still eat it if hungry though.

I have been eating here since it was the South China House - at least 18 years I'd say. The consistency of the food they put out never wavers. Always solid. The fried spring rolls here are as good as anywhere I have ever eaten - amazing. V6 or V7 is the real deal Bun Cha - try it ouy!

We ordered takeout and the portions were substantial, quality of the food was excellent and everything looked freshly prepared and tasted amazing! Would definitely recommend the vermicelli noodle bowl with grilled pork & the beef pho. We'll definitely be back.

Didn’t think I would find good pho in salt lake but I did. Excellent pho and the bun Bo hue was good too. If I lived here, I would be a regular here. Definitely two thumbs up.

No thrills restaurant but good food. Ordered the Fried Spring rolls and the Pho with brisket. The rolls were very crispy, taste was ok. The Pho broth, which is the key to any excellent bowl of Pho was good but the portion of noodles and brisket was enormous! I will return again.Parking: Plenty of parking right next to the building.
