The pizza tastes like a local restaurant even though it's a chain, which is so good! Great, simple ingredients that taste great enough not to have more-than-necessary spices and herbs. The cheesy bread was a little bland, but all the pizzas we tried were super tasty, including the strawberry streusel dessert pizza! We did not have loud music at all the day we went, so maybe they fixed that problem

Well, when you read other reviews that weren’t very positive most of them mentioned how loud the music is in the eating area.
You also read that it’s expensive and it is. But the portions are large so don’t over order.
We ordered items like cheese sticks to come out with our salads and then ordered our big pizza afterwards, but the big pizza beat the other food to the table, go figure
The place could use a good deep cleaning and many of the beverages in the soda dispenser were out of order. I think it won’t be long till this location may have to shut down. Employees could be more attentive to the customers. They weren’t very many people in the eating area, even though it was Friday and during dinner time. Made me feel bad, but I left full and not hungry. I’d have pizza from here again, but I’d probably just take out.

We sat here for almost an hour waiting for our food and when we finally had enough and went to ask where it was they hadn’t even started our food. We were the only people in the whole restaurant.

Holy crap we order 3 pizza and it was 95 bucks. My some made the comment it should made out of gold. We only came here because it's one of my hubby's favorite places and we hadn't been here in years. I can tell you now we won't be back. The food, service and atmosphere are all fine. The place was fairly clean. We missed the lunch specials by 15 minutes. I'm sure it would have been substantially cheaper had we caught it. 95 dollars to feed a party of 4, pizza is way to much. With The price alone I wouldn't recommend it.

One of the best places in SLC for thick crust pizza.

Love the sourdough pizza. The lunch special is a great deal for a hot slice of pizza and a drink. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Ordered a medium 49er on Grubhub. I was excited bc most pepperoni pizzas are stingy with the pepperoni, but the picture had it absolutely covered and the description said it had 100 slices on it. Well it turns out this place is just as stingy. It looked nothing like the picture, and upon re-reading the description for the medium 49er it says “100 slices on the jumbo”, which I find misleading.

The pizza also just didn’t taste good. I would have been better off, taste-wise, getting a frozen pizza from the grocery store.

Normally, I would chalk all this up to “you get what you pay for” put this wasn’t a cheap pizza. Overall, definitely not worth it.

This is my favorite pizza place in Utah! They have so many great pizzas to choose from. I am gluten sensitive so I can't eat regular pizza very well but sourdough seems to work well for me. I typically get 2 jumbo pizzas with 4 different types (Alcatraz, Cable car, Ghirardelli and Lombard usually) to meet the needs of my family. We've had other pizzas and they are all good. We always have leftovers, which reheat well. Kind of spendy but worth the occasional indulgence!
