We ordered 3 coffees with different flavors in them and got no flavor. We went by around 9am on Sept 21. We won’t be back. Should’ve just went to Dutch Bros down the street. We don’t live in Utah. We like to support local coffee shops but got burned here. It’s really unfortunate. Makes us think that some of these reviews could be fake. Or maybe the barista just had no idea what she was doing. We clearly stated what we wanted so there wasn’t a communication error.

I love the price point at pinned co, as well as customer service. I’ve been coming to this coffee shop for 6 years and I prefer pinned coffee company over the big coffee chains they also have the option to buy great beans from a really great coffee company 10/10 there coffee is light and delicious highly recommend

Chelsie always provides exceptional service. She is by far my favorite out of any coffee Shon I’ve ever been to. She is the one person I trust when I do t know what I’m in the mood for to surprise me with a random drink of her choice. She is also my kids favorite barista. 10/10 will keep coming so long as Chelsie is there!
Staff are always friendly and it's cheaper than the chain coffee shops! I recommend the chai with lavender.

It's always a treat to come get a morning/afternoon coffee from here. I've had nothing but exemplary service, and a good genuine smile is always what greets me every time I've been here. I usually get the ziggy stardust blended from here (and I couldn't recommend it enough), and it's always delicious. But every other coffee I've tried is absolutely amazing. I always make this my coffee stop when I can! And I'd recommend you do as well.
