We placed and order and went to pick it up. We did not feel safe getting out of the car. There were lots of illegal activity going on outside. There were 15-20 people congregating in the parking lot. We drove around a few times to assess the situation and it kept getting worse.

Looks like mildly classic takeout Pizza Hut does not live up to the Pizza Hut buffet I went to in Orlando that had a buffet in 2014 or my trip to the Moab Pizza Hut in 2011 but the cheese crust that was stuffed with cheese was good. Truck died in parking lot that is part of the reason for 4 stars

My order was very specific and got my order and it was backwards the one pizza was supposed to have extra sauce had light and vice versa. Tried to complain got no answer at the store and online wouldn't allow me to type or put in a complaint.
The pizza was not good going in: overpriced, overcooked, dry. It was even worse coming out: 12 hours of intense pain followed by vomiting. Lesson 1: Probably don't eat at Pizza Hut. Lesson 2: Probably don't eat at THIS Pizza Hut.

Order pizza then waited for about 30 min, they had door dash do delivery for them. I had no idea they do that. The dasher never showed up he cancelled my order and took off with my order 🤦🏽♀️ come on Pizza Hut there’s a reason why I order straight from (PIZZA HUT) let’s get it together idiots!

Ordered a pizza for delivery and the lady said the driver would have 20 dollars in change. He gets here and does not have any change so I ended up paying 40 dollars for a 25 dollar pizza. Ridiculous.
