$37 for a pizza with the bare minimum possible toppings on it even though it was a pep lover with 2x classic pep and 2x cupped pep.
Corporate gave me a pizza coupon after sending pictures and the order information that doesn't work at any pizza hut within 45+ minutes of salt lake.

They don't know the difference between EZ and EX
First they do not deliver anymore. They are yet another company that now uses DoorDash (along with all the problems with them). I called because the delivery was late. "Thats not our problem, its DoorDash's problem". I said it was a bit odd that the delivery driver in the picture was clearly a female, but it was a male that showed up to deliver the food. Again the Pizza Hut rep said "Thats not our problem". I said I rejected the order because if its not the proper delivery driver, I can not trust the safety of the order. Magically Pizza Hut said "they dont have my CC on file so they cant refund me". The person I spoke with said they havent had delivery drivers for over 2 years, which is a lie because I used to work with someone from this very store a few months ago who said to call them and they will send the order out with their driver... Not to mention I have had their own drivers deliver within the last few months. The mere fact that they "dont have a way to refund the order" is also very shocking. ZERO accountability with this company. Im sure they will be yet another company to go out of business thanks to DoorDash. If its not for the people who refuse to order from them because of DoorDash, it will be from the refunds or replacement of food they will have to provide because of them.

My order was incorrect, and although they initially wouldn't do anything about it, they finally agreed to remake it. It might have been a glitch with the app. I had to wait another 10-15 minutes, only to find that they had just added the missing topping and reheated it. I'm not sure why the customer service is so poor, especially with the lady who speaks Spanish. She even giggled as I was picking up the order, which made me feel like she was happy about scamming me.

I get or try to get delivery from here semi often. Today i finally think I’ve had enough. They use DoorDash drivers now, & despite my very clear directions to meet at the north gate of my complex, & multiple calls and texts to the driver that were ignored, they cancelled my order. I sat at this gate for 15 minutes waiting. Tried to call the store and my phone calls were dropped after an ad three times in a row.
There was no chance of mitigated directions on my end. I don’t understand how a driver can just ignore every point of contact.

I spent over $20 on a pizza that was completely burnt around the edges and missing the toppings I ordered. The drive there was a hassle with all the traffic, and my pizza was taped up, so I decided not to open it until I got home.
Additionally, their website states that their huge cookie is supposed to be cut into 8 slices, but when I opened it, all I found was a plastic knife to cut it myself. While that part didn’t upset me as much, the fact that I paid over $20 for a burnt pizza with missing toppings did.
If they were out of the toppings I ordered, a simple call would have been appreciated—they had my phone number and email.
I spent a little over $33 for a large pizza, a cookie, and a 2-liter Pepsi, only to be met with this disappointment. Please take my advice and don’t waste your money here. It’s not worth the trouble and disappointment. I read some reviews before ordering and it seems they frequently forget toppings, which was indeed my experience, along with receiving a pizza that was completely burnt around the edges.

This place is an absolute joke. I live in a different state than my dad. For Father's Day I ordered him a big meal from PizzaHut. Everything went great until it was time to make the delivery. The driver showed up to his apartment building. Walked in, then walked right out. My dad's food in hand.
To top it all off, I called the store 4 times. Each and every time, I was hung up on. No human answered the phone. I called customer support. All they could do is transfer me to the store. What a disgrace.

Other than getting cold faster than Domino's, the My Hut Box was quite good. I didn't expect the fries to be so crispy.
UPDATE: DANIEL IS THE MANAGER AND HE TOOK CARE OF THIS. REFUNDED AND GOT PIZZA. THANKS DANIEL FOR TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER, I APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND FOR MAKING THINGS RIGHT!Ordered food. Got a confirmation. Got a text stating it was out for delivery. Took about 1.5 hours from placing the order. Received a message saying the order was cancelled. No refund has been provided. I tried to call. Sat on hold, then was disconnected. Worst service experience ever. Still waiting to get it resolved and refunded.

Pizza and the employees were awesome just had to reheat pizza because was delivered by door dash no pizza bag the driver didn’t follow instructions couldn’t speak English and took a 19.00 tip because he had no change

I ordered dinner at 7:00 pm when my 3 topping pizza came, it only had one of the correct toppings. Not to mention it was cold . So I called to let them know . They said they were aware of the mistake and would correct it. A hour and half later I called to see where my dinner was at . They saidThey had made another mistake and were going to send outThe right pizza this time using DoorDash . Where that driver couldn't find my house .10:15 I finally have another pizza it also is incorrect as well cold .now it's after hours they will not be getting a 3rdChance . This store needs help -5 stars
