The pizza here has always been great, but customer service was lacking a few months ago. Not sure if it's a change in management or just a couple of new employees, but this location is back to being quick, responsive, and super polite.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. I ordered my food an hour and a half in advance and let them know the time I would pick it up at. The must have made it immediately because the food was cold and I have a picture of what my Honey BBQ WINGS look like, if you even want to call them that!UPDATE - Pizza Hut finally got back to me ( a week and half later) and "apologized". They didn't even bother to ask me if they could make right by remaking my meal and then had the audacity to tell me that they hope to see me again soon. HAHAHAHA, NOPE, NEVER!!! I will walk 30 miles up hill both ways, with my shoes off, in a snowstorm, to get to Dominos, even if you were right outside my front door!
I would leave ZERO stars if I could. I ordered pizza for delivery from this location on the 14th of March. The pizza was never delivered. I was charged for the pizza, tip and delivery fee. I went back and forth with customer service and always getting a busy dial tone at the storefront location for almost two hours. I still have not heard back from anyone at Pizza Hut about the situation. Please take your money to dominos or Marcos. Would absolutely not recommend. If I could get a response from anyone at Pizza Hut about getting my money back for never receiving the pizza I purchased that would be awesome.

Pizza hut is your run of the Mill Pizza place. This location is always a good choice. They have staff and employees that actually care about helping their customers. They are always friendly and fast. I really recommend Pizza Hut, this location.

Do not order pizza from this location!!!!2300 East 3300 SouthWe ordered a pizza and never received it. We were on the phone with their “call center” and their local store for over an hour.The pizza was delivered by DoorDash to the WRONG address and left on the ground by a tree in mud and rain!!The two high school or young kids working at the store told us that they’d sent another order which was a lie. We never received notification that another pizza had been sent do we paid and never received anything!!!The two kids told me that lie after driving to the store to tell them we never received our pizza. The two employees- I believe the only employees working, were out back smoking by dumpsters when I arrived and there was another customer patiently waiting at the front counter while they were outback smoking which would explain why our calls were usually disconnected after ringing forever.We called Pizza Hut to report that the pizza was really never delivered about 5 times, Each time the call would be disconnected and we were never able to speak to anyone.The night ended with a no resolution from either DoorDash (who Pizza Hut is contracting with to deliver a lot of their pizza) or all of them at this location.Do not order from this Pizza Hut. It was the most dysfunctional and irritating experience I’ll ever have ordering anything!!

Do not order direct through Pizza Hut. They will hire DoorDash to deliver and when they simply DON’T there will be no action taken. Just order through DoorDash because at least they would make it right.
