Terrible customer service. Went to pick up my order, the employee who claimed she is general manager (she has short haircut , lesbian) has one of the worst customer service manners. She gave me wrong order, asked her fix or refund. She said she is short of staff , she can’t fix my order. I have to just eat what I have , exactly her words. Store supposed to open till 11 pm , she closing at 8 pm. While I am trying to talk to her, she has her face buried in phone. I think she started secretly taping me. Never ever go to this store if possible .

This place is garbage 3 hours waiting for my order to be sent to me three calls and they told me that the address was wrong then another hour passed and I called again and they told me that it would arrive in 40 minutes and I called again and they said that has already been delivered, this place is garbage

I have never ordered from this location before but I can definitely say I won't ever be doing that again, ordered my food around 6:20pm an hour and a half rolls around and still have yet to get my food so I call the store and am put on hold for 15 minutes so I hang up and call back and am on hold again for 5 minutes and the manager comes on and tells me she will have it re-made and re sent out to me, 30min-1hr later still no food so I call once again and I finally just ask if I can come pick up the food because it's already been 2+ hours waiting for it. It's now 9pm and I still have yet to eat my $43 worth of food.. ridiculous

SHOCKINGLY TERRIBLE! Had to place order by phone THREE TIMES--twice in person! Made multiple calls, couldn't reach anyone, line would just hang up. Finally got order, and food was AWFUL! Big New Yorker was a burned, greasy, bland-flavored mess. GO ANYWHERE ELSE...just not 4500 South & 9th East!

Do NOT order from here. We ordered the cheesy alfredo, and a medium pizza. The pizza was mostly bread and the alfredo looked half eaten.When I tried to call the store I was hung up on. When I tried to contact over the website it kept saying session timed out.It's not worth the money spent at all.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINEThe entire floor of the store was sticky. I placed an online order through pizza hut's website, waited for the pick up time only to get there and have them tell me they had no such order, or maybe I had the wrong restaurant. I had to pull out my email receipt to show them I paid and had the right details. They apologized and made my order. They rushed to try and make up for it, but I still waited 30 minutes for 2 underdone pizzas and they never gave me the dessert I ordered.
Never been to this pizza hut and it's closest to my home. Only one worker bee on staff and she had her act together. She greeted me, told me she would be just a minute, explained she was the only one working. There were 3 orders on the reader board and mine was up first and was just coming out so it was hot and ready. Good service, good food. Amen.

Often wait 1 hour n plus for delivery . Not enough drivers. Can't make stuff crust on regular hand toss Or pan style. Don't like thin crust but that's the only way to get stuffed crust.!

I'm giving a three star (driver was great) but the food was mediocre. Not the Pizza Hut I remember. Pizza was undercooked and still doughy inside. Bread sticks were either over cooked or had been sitting under a warmer because they were hard as a rock. We ordered boneless wings. They were good however, barely and sauce. I should have called the store but I did not.I'll just never order again from Pizza Hut. It disappoints me.

I've ordered from here twice both times being bad service , 1st order Being a huge order for a birthday party It was missing multiple items , and 3 weeks later I've called about 5 or 6 times being told I will be contacted , I have yet to be contacted By upper management .
