I placed a phone order today with Jasper. She was amazing. I had made up my own pizzas. Lots of little details. I could not keep up with her. When I picked up my order, she made everything so simple. I wanted to add sauces. Once again she was fast, efficient, and friendly. Go to the 56th south Pizza Hut. Hopefully she will be there to take care of your order.

Ugly costumer service , I order online and my order got cancelled because didn’t have a driver and the store didn’t call I had people waiting for the food I called and the store said they will be delivering and still didn’t arrive, bad communication

Ordered through the Pizza Hut App, then got a text that door dash would deliver. Dasher left it at the door and it’s the wrong order, has the wrong name and wrong address on ticket. Not to mention my ticket was way more $$$. Never could get the store to answer the phone to get it sorted out.

Instead got this brick of bs with 3 pieces of pepperoni on a XL slice it's cold and there's 90% bread and 2% cheese

Ordered delivery through app. Food was made right and arrived hot. No missing items. They utilize door dash for drivers.
Ordered online through PIZZA HUT and received a text message stating that DoorDash would deliver my order, which I was confused about. If I wanted my food purposely screwed up, I would have order from DoorDash instead. I've never had a good experience using DoorDash, and this proves why. The driver went into the wrong neighborhood, and wouldn't answer his phone, so I had to walk half a block to find him and my food. Upon handing over the food, I noticed items were missing, I asked about it and he barely spoke English and didn't understand what I was trying to say. So I decided to call the actual store in hopes to talk to someone about a refund for the missing items. I called 4 times and couldn't get through to anyone. The call would end in the middle of the automated voice service, every time. So I just gave up. Very disappointed in the service of both Pizza Hut and DoorDash, and I hope someone figures it out before more people lose their money.
