They were busy. I understand that. I ordered a 16 piece boneless wing and a 6 piece bone in wing. They were both boneless. The lady in the store had come back because they messed up her pizza and she had to come back. I understand busy. But I also feel like I spent a lot of dollars, I deserve to get what I ordered.

Called to placed an order and this lazy girl named Eva was trying to make me pay at the store instead of paying by phone. Then she gave me attitude. Honestly she should be fired. Can’t believe they are allowing people like this to answer the phones!

Pizza Hut has gone way downhill. This store always kinda sucks, but do they really suck now. My food was never delivered and when I called the the store they said it was my fault. Wouldn’t offer any new pizza or refund until I threatened to call bank and report fraud. Like others said- beware! Maybe they just suck, but could be they are ripping people off too.

Horrible. Ordered hours ago, driver never delivered. Called the store and the shift manager refused to let me speak with store manager, refused to make any replacement, never apologized (actually claimed it was our fault for choosing contactless delivery), said the pizza was probably hidden on our doorstep (lol), and offered no solutions. All we asked was for them to remake and deliver, even though it would be two hours late, they refused.Eventually we demanded a refund and was placed on a ten minute hold without warning (probably expecting me to hang up), and finally gave the refund. This store service and quality has been bad for years, but it is rock bottom now. Went to the dominos on 3500 S and they offered a huge discount for people who had bad experiences with Pizza Hut on 5600 west. My new go to place! Deleted Pizza Hut app- and I spend close to $800 a year on pizza. Really bad decision Pizza Hut!

They gave me double pineapple and not double pepperoni... the pizza was not good. OTOH the cinnabon was very good. Remember to check your pizza.
