Great place! Would recommend!???
The ordering and receiving experience was fine. We ordered takeout and got 2 pizzas and a Ceaser salad. The Ceaser was very wilted soggy lettuce, croutons were rock hard and the chicken we ordered extra was what we dubbed as dog meat (the bits we’d cut off and give to our dog). There was a lot of Parmesan cheese which was nice though. The pizza honestly was tasteless with very little cheese on it. It was a decent size so we had it for 2 meals and it was better the next day because I put a lot of cheese on it. Overall very underwhelmed unfortunately.
Pizza Volta is clean, bright, welcoming, and local. The menu is basically pizza with excellent salads. They concentrate on doing one thing well. The wine list is long, the beers and ciders seem to concentrate on local products and the bar's cocktail list is creative. The pizza is thin crust, and the server listens closely to the customer; therefore, creating the perfect pizza for the diner.
First time at Pizza Volta, came in with a group of nine last night. Fabulous experience! Cocktails were so good, pizza was even better! Tried several different varieties of both. Our server Brandon made the experience all the more fun. We will be back!
