Perhaps I just got a bad batch but the medium spice chicken sandwich was...not spicy. Very average.
This particular location was a mess. Have to order online and wait outside in the cold/heat, and the chicken I got was cold enough I had to warm it up in the microwave when I got back to the Marriott (1 block away).
Very meh

Not just pretty bird, it’s perfect bird. Ate this outside during winter, freezing my butt off but, I would do it again.

Found this place among best places to eat in SLC. It was delicious, definitely among the better chicken sandwiches. Glad I ate here since I'm not planning another trip to SLC in the near future. Definitely worth the effort!

There really is no service here, you are pushing buttons on a screen, there's no one to take your order. Since they switch to outside only seating, there's not a great atmosphere, especially in a cold day.
Food is fine, it's not my favorite hot chicken place anymore.
The high prices definitely impact my decision to come back. There's too many other hot chickens that are better priced and all around better experience.
I do feel like I should get a paycheck for having to learn their POS system and making my own order. I will expect a paycheck soon. Let me know if you need my W-9
Vegetarian options: Probably not the place for you
Parking: Pretty bird is hidden away down the dark and scary alley, well it's not that dark and scary, but it's down in alleyway and there is little to no parking in the area. So you'll have to walk at least a block.
Kid-friendliness: I suppose if your kids like chicken and you're really really rich, this would be okay, but don't get a spicy one, kids don't like spicy ones.
Wheelchair accessibility: Might be challenging, because of the distance to park, plus the walk up to order your food is on wood planks with a limited turning radius.
Lastly, the self-ordering system is on a table that would be too high for most people in wheelchairs. I'm sure someone would help you out, but you would be challenged to do this independently.

This is by far the nastiest chicken I've ever had in my life.
This place rocks. I will never spend $15 on a chicken sandwich meal unless it's here....the blend of spices, flavors, and sauce is KILLER. The fries, too...how are they always so golden and crispy?? If I could drag this place back home, I wouldn't be forced to come to SLC constantly ;)
Ordering is a dehumanizing experience and they don’t pay their staff enough. Point of sale terminal requires recording your face. Also, no indoor seating
Last night I went there to get a burger it was about 8:30 pm so they had just to go, but the burger was amazing ai loved it and the guy gave me a free drink 😎

We ordered their famous hot chicken sandwich & it was really good. Comes with slaw and pickles, which adds to the overall flavor. I have had better hot chicken sandwich, this isn’t the top one though but I’d rate it good. Mexican corn was underwhelming, you could pass on this. Chicken tenders were good. There’s no indoor seating, there’s limited outdoors covered seating only. Parking is a problem here.
Food rating is 3.5 overall. Presentation is 4.5 stars. Service was good overall, quick & easy.
Vegetarian options: Not a place for vegetarians
Parking: Hard to find parking here. There’s paid street parking or paid parking garage nearby but be prepared to walk over here.

BEST fried chicken EVER. And I’ve had a lot of fried chicken. The sandwiches are absolutely incredible. Perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked, perfectly tender. I’m in love.

Since chick-fil-a closed down in West Jordan, not only are Sunday’s tasteless, the need of satisfaction that is promoted through the elevation of frozen newcastles can be found here at this commerce chain. My only complaint is that their staffing team may do a better job at ensuring the safety of the facility as a whole.
