Ignore the nuggets, the sandwich is where it's AT. Tender, might be dark meat, but it's VERY good.

Don't like that you have to either order at a kiosk or online, but it's worth the mild frustration

Pretty Bird Hot Chicken is a great place for fresh crispy chicken!! I got the Crispy chicken sandwich and fries for lunch. Unfortunately I didn’t realize that Pretty Bird’s only had outdoor seating and the only open tables were in the sun with the temperature over 95 degrees. I ended up taking my food and going to the near by food mall with free indoor seating. Overall the food is 5 stars, it was great!! The experience was meh bc I had to go elsewhere to eat my food not in the sun.

The food was very 🗣️MID‼️. They said the chef beat Bobby Flay twice… sounds like 🧢. If soooo, Bobby Flay needs to be a waiter instead of a chef. Don’t waste your time, go to Chick fil A or Raising Canes… or even Houston Hot Chicken… not here

I go out of my way every time I'm in Salt Lake to eat here. I can't eat more than a half -- the sandwiches are huge! Everything is so good. I don't hate the outdoor seating, but they get busy and it can get difficult to find somewhere.

I used to be a regular here when the food was consistently great — hot, crispy, and full of flavor. Unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill. Lately, the food has been soggy, cold, and oddly fishy. On my last visit, I specifically asked for it to be made fresh, but it still came out cold and limp. I gave them a chance to make it right, but the second attempt was somehow even worse. Really disappointing to see such a decline from what used to be a favorite spot! Sadly there are now better options from your grocers freezer section.

We ordered online to have it delivered. It did not state the delivery service so we assumed it was them doing it. No Uber eats picked it up and dropped it off at the wrong place. We searched all hotels in our area and no one had it. no one could find the place that matches the picture. I tried to text the Uber eats message and nothing went thru bc you have to use the Uber app to contact the driver but I didn't order thru the app. We walked to the place and the man said I can't do nothing you should have picked up. He refused to remake my food or refund my money. I called Uber eats and since it's not ordered in the app they didn't want to work with me. Never got my money or my food. I prefer to give no stars bc customer service sucks.

This place is amazing. Best chicken sandwich in Utah for sure. Incredible flavors. The pigeons outside are annoying, other than that it’s top notch.

Ordered a regular sandwich, nugs, and a side of street corn.
Loved the sandwich. It has a very crispy exterior and moist on the inside. I tried the medium flavor which would probably be best for most who like a little heat. Next time I’ll probably try hot to see what it’s all about. The sauce, pickles, and slaw all work so well together.
The nugs with garlic sauce were also nice.
The street corn as a side was a nice alternative if you’re not feeling fries. Great flavors!

The food was SO good! I got the classic combo sandwich with no heat and the chicken was so crispy and it was huge! Not the biggest fan of the sauce but it didn’t take away from the sandwich.

The sandos are reason you come here, last time was like 3yr ago. Nothing has changed, still banger. BUT, the real deal was the Mexican corn salad... so simple but pretty much made the experience here unforgettable. Not to mention the company...
