I had a worker help me named braxytn. He was super disrespectful and decided to smoke his little vape thing in front of my face! I’ve never had bad service like this before. It is completely unacceptable how workers can do stuff like this in front of costumers . He was super rude and just had a horrible personality. He tossed me food at me! I will never return to this location again. Please make sure you know who your hiring next time.

Pretzels here are typically my favorite, but it's a hit or miss. One week pretzels were fresh, and cheese was yummy. Most recently, I asked for salted pretzels, but they ran out so the young lady put all the unsalted pretzels they had in the box and then went crazy salting it that it was overly salted. The cheese, I'm not sure if there's a change, but it didn't taste good at all this time around. Service here lacks for sure. They had 4 people working, yet they were more focused on their personal conversations than the customers standing there to order. They are all young, and I dont really see a real manager on site to oversee the operations.

Food is always good at this location but customer service is very much lacking. It is hard to place an order because they are playing movie soundtrack music on a very loud portable speaker.

I LOVE Pretzelmaker (always will) Only downside is it’s in the mall and there are only a couple tables and chairs and the movie theater *does not* let you sit in their area

My kids love getting these pretzels, sometimes ther are fresh but Manu times they taste old. The young blond girl is so nice but they guys that work here are not very friendly. I hope the owner will look into this otherwise I will nit be supporting thise place anymore!!

This isn't a pretzel stand. the pretzels taste like olive garden bread sticks in both consistency and taste. it's just not a pretzel. Atmosphere is what it is because it's a mall food court.

Never again. Rude workers, cutting me off and getting pissy when i ordered. So i get my order which was wrong, i to to the counter, dude wirh dreds spinning in a circle playing on his phone. Their customer service email.... what a joke. You guys need customer service training and either rehab or adderall.

The incompetence level of the staff that works here is literally bewildering. I don't understand how they find people this d**** They must be searching the short bus for staff because I can't think of any better explanation for this. How is this place still in business???Is Pretzelmaker corporate supplying them with 40 metric tons of xanax and weed every day? The world may never know. I swear half the staff are on drugs of some kind and the other half are creeps that hit on underage girls that work at the mall.This is beyond stupid. There either needs to be fundamental change or this place should be removed from the mall.

I was the only customer and it was dead in the mall. The employee was not willing to stop what he was doing to serve us and I waited with my children for 10 minutes before I just left.

The Workers were very rude to my fiancé. She paid for sauces and never received them. Then they gave attitude when we asked for sauce and said there’s only 2 of us. Very unprofessional. Telling customers to be patient.
