With great sadness, I share my opinion here. I went yesterday evening to this hospital with my sick daughter. But after waiting for three hours, I returned disappointed. No doctor came to see my patient. When a nurse took my complaint to the doctor. The doctor very carelessly discharged us without any visit. Basically they are playing with the patients. My daughter is 9 months old and had breathing problems. But still the doctor ignored her. I request the management to bring reforms in the hospital ASAP. So that such actions against humanity won’t repeated. Doctors are angels and this profession should not be tarnished. I have full evidence of my visit and am ready to share it with anyone if necessary.

This is one of the worst hospitals I've ever had to deal with.First, the receptionist wouldn't scan my insurance card.Then, I was placed in a room for at least 45 minutes without anyone checking on me or letting me know what was going on.Then I kept getting text messages wanting me to finish filling out information, and the link wouldn't work. So, someone was going to bring me an iPad, never happened.The cellphone receptionist was really bad when I tried to text or call my husband. The call was dropped, and it took 10 minutes for one text to go through.Horrible, horrible place!

My daughter came in with a persistent fever and had to stay overnight . They went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable while treating her and doing labs. They didn’t discharge us until they ruled out all the bad stuff and found out what’s going onThe doctors and the staff were wonderful. Thank you all

Years ago I took my baby and they were super friendly, professional, they took care of my son quickly❤️. 100% recommendable.

Not good at all my girls been there a week. They have her sleeping on public waiting room floor won’t give her room. She was life flighted in. They know she’s not from there. Has nothing. What a joke. won’t let me talk to my kid and won’t transfer him. Place is not worth the time or effort. At this point calling lawyers.

Went to primaries for my son thinking there'd be better care there than the actually ER we went to 3 weeks ago... nope. We checked in at 2:22 and didn't even get seen until 3:45 and only after we told them to come discharge us so we can go somewhere else and nurse came in stalling us stated oh the doctor was right behind me I promise, I'm sorry. ? not one person ever came to take vitals on my son, literally none and than they decided to come in the moment we were discharged to get a set of vitals AND we didn't even get the registration link until I was almost on the freeway home.. I understand hospitals are busy but, a simple coming in the room and saying hey I'm sorry it's taking so long we didn't forget about you, would have gone a long way.

I do not recommend you go to this emergency room for anything that you can have done at another. The waiting room was a zoo, it was so cram packed that families were forces to sit on the floor. Websites out in the waiting room for 3.5 hours just to get stuck in a room for hours for something that would've taken 20 minutes

The atmosphere here is amazing! So many wonderful caring people. The breakfast in the cafe is yummy and SO affordable!

my cousin was here for about two years which was enough time to explore the whole place. it was really nice and i kind of miss it even though i have the worst memories of her passing away and all of the paranormal things that happened around that time

ZERO STARS! Just left after waiting for over an hour for NOTHING! I came to bring my 3yo son in for high fever of 104 degrees, throwing up blood and not being able to keep anything down for 3 days in a row. After the ENTIRE waiting room gets called back it’s just my son and I still waiting to be called. 5 others walk in, check in and get called back IMMEDIATELY! After the 6th person I get upset and approach the check in desk questioning why my son hasn’t been called back yet? The lady at the desks says to me “we go by whose medical emergency is more urgent, unfortunately your sons isn’t as urgent.” I grabbed my son SO FAST & LEFT! HOW DO YOU KNOW WHOSE MEDICAL EMERGENCY IS “MORE URGENT”? Literally when checking in they ask “can you tell me just ONE THING we are seeing them for today?” HOW by that ONE answer can you tell whose medical emergency is more urgent?! Let me guess…. If your skin color is NOT brown (or colored) YOUR MEDICAL EMERGENCY IS MORE URGENT THAN THOSE WHO ARE. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE EVER!!! What a horrifying experience. & we left before we ever got called back to even just get his vitals checked! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CHILDREN AT ALL.

We couldn't have asked for a better ER visit! They helped my 2 year old daughter feel comfortable. They had toys to help keep her busy, and all the doctors, specialists, and nurses kept us updated and comfortable. We're so glad we got such amazing service! 10/10!
