They have state of the art equipment, amazing staff and facilities which gave us an overall awesome experience. Thank you to Primary Children’s Hospital especially the CHARM Clinic!

Positive feedback and WARNING to future patients: We are so grateful for primary children’s orthopedics. Dr. Fedorak diagnosed a congenital defect that had been overlooked by our child’s previous team. They did such an amazing job preparing him for surgery and with his aftercare. From our surgeon the amazing Dr. Klatt, to the nurses, physical therapy and other staff, our son’s experience was exemplary. He is now walking and running and doing all the things a child his age should. Thank you for all that you do for children with disabilities, congenital defects and genetic disorders. As wonderful as the experience of corrective surgery was, I cannot honestly say the entire experience was entirely positive. ⚠️ FUTURE PATIENTS BE WARNED!!!! ? IHC Primary Children’s Hospital partnerships with Anesthesiologists like Dr. Charles E Liu to provide care for these children, who then turns around and AGGRESSIVELY SUE for small amounts (under $500) while at the same time not being willing to work with families, didn’t bill insurance correctly and was reluctant to correct the billing errors, was unwilling to send an itemized statement (kept sending summary statements instead, and otherwise making it as difficult as possible to submit to the insurance yourself), nor did they bother to answer status inquiries. This adds an extraordinary amount of stress, both financial and emotional, for the families of these children. The interest fees and attorneys fees are well more than double the cost of the amount owed AFTER the insurance paid. Please don’t support Doctors who engage in type of unethical billing & litigious practices targeting the families receiving medical services through Intermountain Primary Children's Hospital for children born with birth defects.

This review is about hospital policy NOT the staff. For a hospital that does so much for families and children, it sure needs to take a closer look at some of its harmful policies towards families. My special needs 5 year old is attached to the hip of her 7 year old brother and in one of the most important procedures she has to be left alone without her best friend. She is non verbal and gets extreme anxiety from any kind of change, especially in a hospital (she's had many procedures so she knows something is up and she wants her brother to hold her hand) your policy of no children in the room of a children's hospital is beyond insane. The irony!! I'll be taking my business elsewhere to a hospital that actually cares about its children patients and ensures red tape doesn't overlook such an important thing for our children. And yes hospitals are a business not a charity. Money matters, I hope other parents can put their dollars elsewhere. Make the change to this terrible policy. #ksl #abc #foxnews #fox #primarychildrenshospital #nbc

The hospital staff were so welcoming from the moment I walked in with my baby. You could tell they truly cared and I was so thankful!

Ordered the special pizza (vegetarian) added chicken (keep in mind this is an 8 inch pizza) and was charged $8.68. Love being gouged

Best lunch place on campus. Their Reuben is amazing. It also is one of the very few places to get gelato on campus. Head straight to this cafe if you are on the U of U campus and are totally bored with food from the Union. Totally worth the walk up the hill.
