Their Frosty Mint tasted like water and they wouldn’t remake it. Disappointing after paying $22 for 2 smoothies. This place is super hit or miss. I’ve gotten their PB Edge several times in the past and it’s been really good ab 50% of the time. Won’t be coming back.

We visited the place just after we landed in SLC and the ladies were all so kind on the shift this Sunday 8/4. The wasatch and salty Roma toasts were great selections paired with each other! Definitely would visit again!

I was disappointed at first with my prior experience BUT I am updating & editing my review as the owner/manager of this amazing place has responded quick & professionally with providing a great resolution to my issue.
I do highly recommend Protein Foundry and I would never go anywhere else to try their amazing Rio Açaí Bowls or their protein shakes as other places that I’ve tried were just too sweet or not hitting my taste buds! I have had only great experiences with the 2 locations and a few times w/ the newer one close to downtown in an area of a younger-uptown population. Totally understandable! And thank you so much Joni for reaching out and being so understanding!! ???

I asked for a protein smoothie with an extra scoop of protein powder. Not only did they charge $3 for that but the shake barely had any of its listed ingredients in it, was warm, and the person who made it threw away quite a bit that didnt fit in the small 12oz cup. Meaning, I didnt get all the protein i wanted and paid for. For $11, this should be minimum 16oz and preferably a 20oz cup, cold, full of the listed ingredients, and made right. It's not the first time i've had this experiences. The location was freezing cold, only one person working, and they were very oveloaded taking orders and making smoothies, and my experiences whave been consistently terrible, overpriced and a joke. I'm pretty objective and know this is harsh feedback, but it's fair after a pattern of 4-5 negative experiences. It's just more wannabe Utah business owners trying to do something cool (like in Vegas or LA) and failing. Def would recommend people avoid this place.
