Was asked to give R&R another chance even went to another location the potato was good brisket was dry paid $110 and was suppose to get 2 lbs brisket and only got like 6 pieces of dry brisket. Well we tried.

This place is AWESOME!! The food is absolutely wonderful, the prices are reasonable, the service is very good, the atmosphere is inviting and comfortable and they have plenty of tables so you don't feel like you're crammed in next to each other. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place, whether you want to dine in or take out, it's well worth the stop by there!!

They gave my order to someone else and I’m sure because of that they rushed to make my order again that they forgot the egg and chicken for my wife’s salad. The salad had a lot of water at the bottom so by the time I got home it was soggy and missing the meat. For 40 dollars this is crazy the pulled pork was also so salty. This forsure is making me rethink ever coming to this location. They didn’t even give me a receipt so I don’t know how to go about getting any help. Thanks .

Typically they have great food. On our last visit the chicken breast was a bit dry. Otherwise the food has always been great. Clean store, easy access for take out containers (right by the front door) will be back again

I had dinner here while in town for SmallSat recently and found it to be pretty tasty. The best thing in my opinion was the pork bbq. It was tender juicy and tasty. The ribs had great flavor and tenderness but were quite small. The brisket was chopped up in cubes which was a little strange and was dry. The brisket was definitely my least favorite. The service was good. I was able to order easily and didn’t have to wait long in my food. Not bad for a chain in the area but there are better barbecue places in the SLC area.

Our first time visiting Utah and want to try their bbq and it was disappointed. The half rack ribs was dry. the chicken wings was salty and we tried the 3 meat plate the brisket also dried the turkeys was ok and the pulled pork was good. The hush puppies was hard. We tried all the sauces and they were not bad.

Got the brisket. The flavor was great. Very fatty, Several of the chunks of brisket were about half fat and I thought it would be slices of brisket like in the picture, not chunks. The salad was really nice with tomatoes and peppers and onions and cheese so not your usual side salad. The music was loud so not a place for much conversation. My friends had the turkey breast and really liked that, moist and flavorful.
I ordered the Brisket and the chicken, both were dried out like they were sitting out and had very little flavor. The hushpuppies were also hard to eat because of how dry they were.
Maybe it was an off day for them. My wife, who is vegan got Blatches Vegan BBQ and I honestly wish I did as well. Their vegan BBQ was packed with flavor and actually tasted good..
