Service was good.. fast service....
Low quality food and ingredients.. and very pricy.. will not come again .

They are never attentive to the customer whenever I call they don't answer

too many homeless and recently when i came out and was on trax platform there were people using bathroom behind building
just let people use your indoor bathroom ans public urination problem solved
besides if the health department catches this they will be shut down

was in here today, two disabled guys came in, asked to use the restroom and next thing I know there's all this yelling, screaming, fighting, and threats and while they still didn't open the door they just went right outside the restaurant and used the restroom outside in the parking lot, this is horrible and disgusting and I will not be back to this location EVER! I was a sailor for the navy and was shocked by what I heard as I have not heard so much profanity and noise since I was on a ship
the employees could not have even made a one time exception? for what I saw and heard I guess not. I believe the one guy was totally wheelchair bound as I saw the two go and one helped the other to do his business
gross is an understatement and I hope that this restaurant location gets shut down soon as seeing public urination is not good for any business and while cops do swarm the area due to homeless people around by the time they showed up well the persons were long gone and even the employees were still shaken up and scared. again the simple fix is to allow severely disabled people to use the bathroom instead of using it in the parking lot
again I will never ever return to this location, this location on north temple has lost a good long time customer over this incident today

I love Rancheritos, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with them. Not only was it significantly more expensive than other Ranchitos in the area, but the quality of food was lacking. I guess this is not everyone’s first choice, but I definitely think I wouldn’t want this to be my last.

Ordered a burrito and enchiladas. Meat inside burrito was burnt, enchiladas only had cheese inside which was hard and not cooked. Sauce was bland. No salsa bar or drink refills. Nothing offensive, just disappointed.

Tbh if you want your money's worth, this isn't the place! Yes everything changes, but when you pay for food you should at least get the food you pay for! I'm going to add a photo and you be the judge?
