Ordered a chicken burrito with nothing but chicken and beans and if course it had everything. Also ordered fishbyreitos and guess what it was mislabeled so my fish burrito was not fish. And it was eaten by someone that can't have fish... Worst service and they never get it right.... Never again...

Before this week, the last time I ate here was 12 years ago. It's exactly how I remembered and was amazing. I had a chimichanga.

We all know these mexican places that are open 24/7 ain't going anywhere. I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito and it was all bacon. Not a good combination of eggs, potatoes, cheese, and bacon. Very little eggs and potatoes. Mainly overcooked, who knows how old bacon. On top of it, this location charges an additional 3.99% when you purchase with any electric payment. Even debit. I'm done with this place.

You charge my card extra? No tip. I’m not showing my ID unless I’m buying alcohol. Sorry but you lost all future business from me from this one little stupid fee. Hope you change your ways and if not, hope to see you shut down soon ❤️

Good Mexican food with huge portions! One of the few Mexican restaurants that actually give you real carne asada instead of cubes beef. It was cooked hot and quickly, just like it should be. Will definitely be coming back.

I've had 5 stars for years as I come here VERY frequently and love most items they offer... however, they now have a new card processor which charges the customer 4% "procurement" fee. There is no signage indicating a 4% fee on all credit purchases nor has the staff mentioned it to me the last two times I've been. I give a $2 tip every time I go that I ask them to put on the card. I will now probably come here very seldom instead of very frequent and when I do I will have to cut my usual tip down to make up for the credit surcharge.

Visa used to make sure in their user agreements that you can not pass on processing charges to the customer on the receipt (forcing merchants to instead raise costs on all items even for cash payments to hide the fee) this is the reason some merchants opted instead to give discounts for cash users to help everyone avoid the fees.

I'm sad that payment processors gouge so much and hope that crypto can put them out of business sooner or later but until then I am forced to simply radically reduce my business to places that gouge customers in order to pay the processor that gouged them.

The food is always good, but the service tonight was horrible. The woman taking my order was rude and rushing me. I didn’t get my salsas or lime, and she slammed the window in my face before I could even get a word in. Extremely unprofessional tonight.

This is the best Rancherito's location. The portions are huge and the chile de arbol salsa is blazing hot. I've been eating here for over a decade and I've never left hungry or disappointed.
