Delicious drinks, best crossaints and muffins, and the staff are super friendly and personable (remembering orders and details from previous conversations is a great skill!)
Raw Bean is my favorite coffee shop

Absolutely terrible environment. Employees constantly cursing loudly in the back. Super loud due to employees yelling constantly. Had my headphones in and could still hear everything they said like I was standing next to them. Called customers love and sweety. Overheard them talking about how they purposely cook less so they can run out early and not deal with it. Coffee was good but that’s about it.

I was not caffeinated enough to be as nice back to the baristas, but they were as great as the coffee (super friendly). They offer different sizes for their cappuccino.

Beware of dine-in!!! After ordering my food, I waited at one of the dine-in tables. I heard a toilet flush, and then droplets fell onto me, my hands, and my phone. I looked up to see I was sitting under the pipe for the toilet. Napkins were stuffed around the pipe. Clearly, the staff knew about this leak but took no effort to warn patrons, no effort to block off that table, and no effort to fix the problem other than stuffing a few measly napkins around the pipe. I can't help but wonder how many other people have been sprinkled with sewage or how many people's food has been contaminated by sewage. I used to go to this shop often, but I can no longer stomach it.
Drive thru. Great place to grab a breakfast Burrito and coffee. Quick in and out.

Went here since I was staying nearby and it was open early! Drive thru and dined in. The coffee and the food was good including both a croissant breakfast sandwich and a good breakfast burrito. There were lots of coffee options. Super reasonable pricing coming from the Boston area.

Every time I come here, the baristas are so kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. The drinks are great and just phenomenal service overall. It’s so nice they have a drive thru. I work at a different coffee shop (shhh!) and still come here for the matcha haha!
(Also, was looking at the other reviews customers left and saw the one about the supposed bundle of random tip charges. I presume it was some technical error that would’ve been easy to get sorted with her bank instead of accusing the girls of theft. Also, if you can’t afford to tip then you can’t afford to get a coffee unfortunately which is the fault of the system not the workers. However, sounds like she is the one that “got what was coming,” to her. Maybe don’t disrespect service workers’ wages just because you want a coffee miss giiiiiiirl smh)

So sad, literally only came here for a croissant and was not served one because it was 1 minute too close to when they stop serving food? Poor business model.
