I just went through the drive through and the barista that came and took my order was very helpful, very knowledgeable and she has amazing customer service. She answered all my questions and provided me with a delicious drink that I absolutely love and then she just made my day because she was so sweet. I um. Love their customer service. Great small coffee shop, an easy walk if you're staying at Little America or the Grand America. Coffee was good yet the breakfast sandwich eclipsed it- fresh croissant filled with tasty meat, cheese and egg. No dine in mugs and the coffee is made/served for efficiency, so if you're looking for a slow vibe with latte art, this isn't the spot. But if you want fast and quality, it is.

Best matcha latte in town. Slightly sweetened and they actually mix it completely so you don’t end up with matcha chunks in the bottom of your cup! Great service too!

I work across the street from these folks and have been in maybe four times. I went in the last time on June 16th, 2025 which was the last purchase made on my new credit card. Low and behold I check my credit card statement today and there are 5 new transactions all made from SQ TIP SEE, mind you I don’t use the credit card often and Rawbean was the only place I had went to that used Square, the POS (point of sale) system, and I see 5 new transactions totaling $84 in unauthorized tip amounts. I filed several chargebacks for the unauthorized tip amounts. I am not certain what yall got going on but I’ll be damned if I ever step foot in here again to have money stolen off my credit card. I suggest yall look at them cameras in there to verify that I did not in fact add any tips to my $8 drink lol. I hope owners can find out who stole the money off my credit card and reprimand them appropriately. I work 2 jobs as it is to support myself and my daughter. I hope yall get what’s coming to you.

If you go at the right time with the right crew it’s a great place. Coffee is good when you luck out with the right barista. Otherwise I come in to my coffee being made wrong, they are distracted or on phones. I want to keep coming but the quality is so inconsistent lately. My last coffee was completely wrong and I tried to get their attention to ask for it to be fixed and I was ignored so I just pulled away. Bummed

This place was delicious, fast and friendly staff. I had a caramel macchiato. I was hesitant to order one of the burritos when she said it could be ready in two minutes based on the potential fast quality… but it was Delicious and FRESH! We should have gotten two. Also, their pastries were delicious. This will be a go to any time we’re in Salt Lake now.
