Amazing customer service! Stopped in for a quick coffee & breakfast sandwich and the girls working were so friendly. I heard them having super considerate small talk with almost every car while they waited for their order to be finished. Would absolutely come here again just for that! Bonus the croissants and coffee were delicious and music was a vibe
I've always enjoyed lounging on the sofas on the upper level, and the quiet is lovely for working or reading. However, it is discouraging that large groups routinely reserve this level and tell you to leave. If they're going to do this, the staff should at least post a sign that the space is reserved from x to x, so you don't settle in and get too comfortable.
There's only one table upstairs, with an additional pair of chairs facing each other, as if somebody pilfered the second table. The upper level needs its second table!
The bathroom handle lifts UP after you enter the code! Do not push down!! If you get it wrong, a robotic woman will scold you for failing to unlock the door.
Minor quibbles aside, the drinks and food here are excellent, and the baristas are sincerely kind. Rawbean has always had consistently friendly service. In this area, by the freeway, they receive their share of non-patrons they must be firm with, but they are still respectful.

The baristas here are such sweeties and are very skilled! Everytime I come, they are so inviting, helpful, and make my drink consistently great! Came in today for an iced matcha and the barista made sure it was perfect :)

I walked over a few blocks from the hotel I was staying at and was pleasantly surprised. The sausage breakfast croissant was delicious, as well as the cappuccino! Most coffee joints can’t make a cappuccino correctly so I was very happy. By the time I left, I even decided to order a chai latte to go, and it was equally as good as the other items! Good job! Oh, and they even have a drive thru!
