People taking our order was very condescending. We ordered a sausage croissant and got a completely wrong sandwich. Girl taking our order had a clover device to take our order and she did not use it. This is probably why we got the wrong sandwich. Our hot coffees were not hot either, lukewarm... iced drinks were good though. Also burnt croissant. Ruins the whole sandwich. Don't go through the drive through if you want quality.

Flawless espresso. They REALLY know their coffee here. Tastes like a true Italian roast of some kind. More chocolate notes with the right bitterness. The baristas are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. Burrito wasn't that good but they're limited to a tiny drive-thru kiosk. Was just $7.50 so not a great loss. I'll be back for their espresso

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM PAYING SOME CASH AND REST ON CARD. IVE BEEN TO OTHER LOCATIONS AND THEY NEVER HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THAT BUT FOR SOME REASON THIS LOCATION IS DIFFRENT . I AM HERE MOSTLY EVERYDAY GETTING COFFEE , WHO DOESNT WANT THERE MORNING COFFEE .

Great little coffee spot, easy to walk too. Really nice staff and good prices. I got a soy latte with vanilla one day and a regular the next, and both were really well balanced. I also had a blueberry muffin- it looked homemade and was on the smaller side, which was great bc it didn't cost very much at all, and was perfect for a morning snack. Only regret is that I didn't get a punch card, bc I definitely want to visit again the next time I'm in SLC!

Food poisoning. Do not go here. They put something in my drink and it made me sick for a week. Do not trust the food I’ve seen them not wash their hands.

Save your money and time. I ordered a chai latte and a Nutella croissant. Chai tea tasted like water with some seasonings, I took 3 sips and was done with it and my croissant was anything but fresh. It was hard and crumbled everywhere and ended up tossing both in the trash when I got to work. Also the fact they take your order, grab your card and walk back to the next vehicle is not comforting at all. I don’t want to end up paying for someone else’s order, don’t want my card being shared with whomever.

I've been here a few times now and consistently have found positive and professional batistas. The coffee is strong and delicious. I had a vanilla iced latte. I also tried a Nutella croissant which was rich and crispy. The inside seating area is cozy and just right to have your breakfast and have a slow start to your day with the buzzing of coffee slinging as white noise.

This post is a MUST READ. Last week a large/black iced coffee was overpriced at $4. Today it was grossly overpriced and would be labeled price gauging at $5.50. Let's break this down to reality. There are 64 tablespoons in a one pound bag of coffee and two tablespoons can make enough for 34oz of coffee. That's around .40 cents retail cost and less for the wholesale coffee shop to make/purchase. There are labor costs involved and the cost of cups as well. The math might add up to a dollar if exaggerated. This means Raw Bean makes a 450% profit. How many businesses have a 450% mark up? I must also mention the tip they expect. They are looking for a $1 for a service that takes very few minutes. 20% tipping should only be given at a full service restaurant for great service during the meal. SHAME ON RAW BEAN for this huge price increase and for taking advantage of a community that has done a good job at supporting them. The support will stop, that I'm sure of. We will watch as the lines get smaller and smaller as the prices go up and up.

The iced coffee was so-so, too strong for me, but I really like this little shop inside and there’s plenty of parking.
