Red Butte Cafe is clearly going out of business following their covid shutdown. My mom has a 100$ gift certificate she was looking forward to using when they re-opened. For the last few months, Red Butte has ignored her calls and their website suggests everything is fine. They don't seem like a very well run business if this is how they do things.

I went to this restaurant tonight for the first time and I must say that I was very impressed. The menu, while sparse compared to other chain restaurants, has a little bit of something for everyone. I took a chance on the Mexican part of the menu and everything that came with the chipotle beef tacos was fantastic. I'll definitely be back in the future.

Generous portions, reasonable pricing. Not the fanciest restaurant but it has enough options for vegetarian or "healthy" eaters (plenty of salads etc.) The quality is adequate but did not blow me away in the taste department. My meal seemed a bit bland but was very fresh.

The restaurant was very dirty. We were sat at a table that was not clean. The floor had a very messy accumulation of food items that squished into the tree on my shoes.

Red Butte cafe is a sneaky top of the line restaurant disguised as a "cafe"! Great food, great service and the GM was an absolute delight (and gorgeous)!

Very unfortunately, my dining companion and I both ordered the Ahi Tuna and it was not particularly fresh. Waitstaff was friendly and the menu had many attractive offerings - just had bad luck with the fish.
