Red Lobster

The staff was great but the food is honestly so bland and not worth the price. Paid $80 for this plus tip and felt like I could’ve done better at home. The coconut shrimp tasted like a Rafaello chocolate because it was so sweet. The coconut was so overbearing that I couldn’t even tell I was eating shrimp. Basically all just fried, bland, or buttery. Was my first time here and I’ve had the famous biscuits at home (the premade mix I got from smiths) and I was confused how I made them better than here

My family celebrated my birthday at this restaurant around July 12, 2025. The service, food, atmosphere, and everything about the company at this location was wonderful. Our server, Dallas, went above and beyond to make our experience phenomenal here. Dallas is a competent, professional, kind, hard working employee, and his efforts at his job made our stay absolutely fantastic. Dallas is a total winner and he will be successful at any company he is a part of!! Dallas and his great work is why Red Lobster was a special part of my birthday.

We were a party of six celebrating a birthday. The server was new and somehow two of the orders were not put in on time so there was a significant wait. Angie Neugebauer, the manager made everything right. She comped us for the delayed dinner and brought a birthday dessert for us. This is an example of excellent customer service and we want to commend her for doing the right thing. Red lobster is lucky to have someone of her caliber.

We dine often at the Sugarhouse Red Lobster in Salt Lake City, although we live in Park City. On Sunday night there were 6 of us, and 4 of us received our main entrees, while the other 2 did not receive their dinners until we were almost finished. It was a disaster, as we had a new server who just made a mistake. We were celebrating a birthday, and everyone was really upset. Enter their manager, Angie Neugebauer. She was simply amazing! She went above & beyond to make not only everything right…….but we all left happy! Red Lobster is so fortunate to have a manager like Angie!! We will continue to support the restaurant because she took such great care of us! Our normal server, Tibor, who we love wasn’t there….but it all ended perfectly!

I went in for lunch and had the Unlimited soup, salad and biscuits. For the price, it's a good deal. Their soups are great - had good flavor. The soup options are clam chowder or lobster bisque. The biscuits are salty and cheesy, which I really like. Note - the biscuits are free when you sit down, doesn't matter what you order. The salad was just your below average house salad; however, I did like how they had this citrus vinaigrette option. I'm not a huge fan of dairy-based dressings. I like how I could mix-and-match the my soup and salad options whenever I ordered a refill. On top of the unlimited soup/salad order, I ordered something else but the server totally forgot to put it in. I will say, the server could have been more attentive. The ambiance was fine - a basic red lobster aesthetic.

My parents and I have been coming here regularly recently while we have been going to Dr. appointments and Angie and Harley have been such a great way to brighten our day after dr appointments and have amazing service! We keep coming back asking for them. The service has been outstanding and food has been great too!
