Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

This was the worse experience at Winchester Location on 12/20/2025 Went & ordered the Red Tavern Double Got 2 Flat Cokes Stale Fries that where cold complained to the Manager then i was supposed to get a free appetizer from the App but was Charged almost $30.00 dollars for 2 of us so i complained again looked on my statement & was charged Double $21.71 & $ 21.27 i went back and complained to the manager again & she said she couldn't fix it but to check my statement the next day and call them if it charges me double this is unexceptionable & wrong there is no excuse in the world to be treated this way very disrespectful and i'm disappointed.????

This place is know for it's burgers and that is what I should have stayed with. We had the fish and chips, and the fish and shrimp, and neither of these was very good. The fish is cod, and not halibut, but the price charged it should be halibut! On both dinners the fish was over cooked and very rubbery, the tarter sauce, was not very good either. The shrimp on the one dinner were way over cooked, so the breading tasted burnt, and the shrimp were rubbery too. Just not very good dinners for the cost. For the 2 dinners and cokes it was over $50.00! About double of what it was worth. So, if you go, stick with the burgers!

Came here the wife and kiddos and it was great fun for everyone. Fantastic service from our waitress Jessica and the food was great too. Loved the bottomless fries, they were seasoned perfectly. Got the scorpion burger and the Dave's double burger as well as the chicken 'burger'. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great experience and successfully didn’t feel sick afterwards. They even made special GF fries for us and informed us of the sauces that were gf and the ones that weren’t.

I can't give it stars. Because we can never get to the point of ordering.
We call in to order they put us on hold. And never come back. Or after about 10min. They hang up. Tried on 3 occasions.

My waiter Jeromie was exceptional and made the whole experience blissful while I had the opportunity to eat with my children, 10/10 will be coming back!

The food was great but the water (tap water) tastes gross! Maybe clean the lines? Do you add that water to food you make?
