me and my mom went not to long ago they took so long bad drive thru service,when we got to the window they didn’t have our order ready or prepared, we waited abt 10 minutes behind a car only to get brought out two cups of a one scoop of ice cream , we got our esquites and its was flavorless the water of the corn sucked up all the mayonnaise hardly no cheese the corn was soft but no flavor

The cashiers and those who serve are very rude, they go several times and then the food is very poorly served.

I just went to order a smoothie and fruit and let me tell you I will never go back. The fruit tasted expired and was warm when I opened it getting home. It even had liquid inside that was goo like. I ordered through the drive thru. The coconut smoothie tasted so nasty like it was expired too and it wasn’t even a smoothie it was super chunky and gross. Save your money and go somewhere!

Terrible service, Shake's milk was cut off and the smoothie was not good, it was whole, I told the employee and she told me this is how it comes when I already know it doesn't come like this, she just looked at me ugly and didn't help me

I came to this place very often about 3 years ago, and everything was delicious, customer service, products and the place, today I came with my wife and son, I ordered a mangoneada and they gave me a lot of ice hahaha that's why there was no only one person there. Well my experience today was maybe just today.

Fruits used to be fresh, and the way everything was prepared it was edible and enjoyable. Now I can eat anything that has lemon tapatio/hot sauce because it's so sour. We end up just eating the parts that are not soaked and soggy full of tapatio or what ever it is they're using. My teeth end up hurting from it. Atleast the raspados are still ok.

My watered down champurrado tasted like onion and had a piece of it too. Disgusting. When we called they only offered another one instead of our money back. NASTY.

We ordered “Charrito”. We thought it was going to be good but the cheese was nasty and it looked like vomit. Way overprice too! $10.99 for a maruchan soup and chili is ridiculous! Will never come back

If I could give you a zero, I would, but since that's not possible, I'm going to give you a one. We ordered esquites, and it seems that they are going to run out of the product, they don't add any spice as if they were going to run out, just like the cheese, there they have a ranch market on one side, as if they couldn't go for more.

If you are going to order shaved ice, I don't recommend it... shaved ice is useless, you just throw away your money... and the service is not good at all... my sister-in-law ordered a chamango and she didn't like it either; it tastes like milk and my niece ordered an esquite and they gave him the glass full of
