Food was great. Cashier and the guy helping the cook were super friendly. The cook is what ruined this place for us. He was extremely rude to the other two, yelling at them the whole time we were there. It was completely uncalled for. You don’t need to treat people like that. If the owner reads this the cook should at least be reprimanded for his behavior. We won’t go back in there, I’ll say something and get myself into trouble.

Rich's has REALLY good burgers! They offer unique burgers that you may not have had before. I had something a bit familiar to me (it's been a minute, had forgotten what it was), and it was super delicious! They also have a unique soda machine that I have yet to try.

Food is fantastic and competitive given the concentration of burger joints in that part of town...great selection of burgers and interesting sides. Very filling, so expect to take some home. Inside seating list limited.

The mac n cheese burger was fantastic. The mac n cheese was caramelized on the grill, so good. Hopefully they're back in business now, there was a fire nearby that caused some smoke damage.

When I looked at the menu for Rich's Burgers-N-Grub I thought I have to try their Green Chile Burger. Being born and raised in New Mexico anytime I find a place out of state that advertises a burger with green chile I will judge that burger SEVERELY! Rich's passed with flying colors! I ordered their Green Chile Burger with a fried egg and every bite was PHENOMENAL! Honestly it may be one of the best burgers I've had anywhere. When in SLC make going to Rich's Burgers-N-Grub a priority.

The coolest restaurant with the kindest owner! Grass fed beef, fresh ingredients and killer fries! I can honestly say this was the best hamburger ( I had the bacon blue cheese) and best fries I’ve ever had. My service dog 🐕🦺 loved it too!
